I do not advise. The location is good, but there are a lot of problems. Dirty, ants, bad light, air conditioning remote control hardly works. Twice in a week I had to change the gas cylinder myself (initially there was none at all and I had to ask separately). In the end, they ripped off a lot of money for minor problems on a rented bike, which was already almost falling apart.

The bungalows are built into the hillside and all have a beautiful view of the green nature. It is very quiet at night and we can sleep with the window open. We only need the aircon when it's hot. …

The place is beautiful! The houses are small, neat, fresh, with almost all amenities. The resort is run by nice Russian guys.One "but" for which I gave it 4* - road noise. At night, “eccentrics” with straight exhausts on bikes, when climbing a fairly steep slope, growl like crazy! However, when the windows are closed, this moment does not bother you.

The observation deck is right in front of the serpentine road on the road to Ban Tai. If you are new to a bike, it is better to refrain from riding. The road is new, but there are steep climbs, descents and turns, be careful.

Stayed at 2 bedrooms house for a 4 nights. Host is super friendly and helpful. Pretty quiet and nice place. Have parking place for motorbikes. Hot water in the shower. Sooooo comfy bed for me, a mattress is not soft as I like, and royal king size bed so nice for the rest after an intensive day. House is fully equipped: fridge, microwave oven, stove, pan, glasses, plates, kettle, blender, fan, iron, everything what you need for the comfy being. Highly recommend the place and the host. Wish will be back that place again.

This is a really nice place with a stunning mountain view which is located on the top of the jungle. It is easy to reach all the beaches on the island. Staff is so kind and helpful with all necessary information about Phangan and what’s going on in there;)

Very good resort! 5 big Houses, I stay in one bedroom, but they elso have two bedroom house too. Clean and comfortable. New bedding, fresh house, full equipment kitchen. Location is great, everywhere I need 5 minutes for get beach or shop or restaurant. When back to island I will stay here again.

Gave it 3 stars. I drove past this place and didn’t immediately understand where this viewing point was. A view into the depths of the island towards the mountains, who like the welcome. I didn’t even take pictures of this view))) a couple of photos of palm trees)
