Excellent villa, with a wonderful view. Everything is there for a comfortable life. We spent a wonderful vacation here. We lived for a whole month with small children. Great view, everything new and clean. We rented a car, the location was on the mountain, but it was convenient with a car. We got to the beach and the store quickly. The pool is great. The hostess is very responsive, she came and helped us with any questions.

We (a family with two small children) stayed in this villa for a month, after living there, we extended it for another month😍we are so used to this house, it is so comfortable, cozy, thought out to the smallest detail, you feel at home or as a guest Close relatives have a brand new house, new equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, covered parking. The view from the pool is very beautiful. Photos are true. It is very quiet here, calm, birds sing, cicadas chirp. The road to the main ring road takes 5 minutes by car, to the sea 8-10 minutes, to the Big C and Macro supermarket - 15 minutes. Nearby is one of the best beaches in Maenam. Wanwisa is a very kind, attentive, positive and responsive hostess, I have never met anyone like her;) she responded promptly to all requests, provided us with 2 cribs, and installed mosquito nets on all windows. I recommend this Villa, and we will happily return here ❤️

Wanwisa Pool Villa is a fantastic home to spend a holiday or live in long term. We have stayed here for 5 months and the location really is perfect. It’s very quiet, yet close enough to walk to the main road for shops, restaurants and bars, and Maenam beach. The villa is new and really well kept. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The pool is great, very child friendly and is cleaned 3 x a week.Lovely to deal with such a helpful and friendly owner who is always responsive and available to help with anything we have needed. Would highly recommend for holidays or longer stays.
