Top value for money in the south of Koh SamuiIn our opinion, the Samui Hills offers the best price-performance ratio in the south of the island. The ideal location makes it easy to reach all interesting places in the quiet south of Koh Samui. After an active day, the pool is a welcome refreshment. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price. Since the facility is a bit older, it is currently being renovated. We are excited about the new Samui Hills as the planned changes sound very promising. A scooter is a must here, but the resort is happy to help organize it cheaply.

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with bright smiles and kind attentive care after 12 hours of travel.The ownership and management do their utmost best to ensure you feel like you are literally “At home.”Definitely plan to go back when time permits.(Do note that you will need a motorbike on this side of the island a this is the quieter side of the island)

Good value for money ! However uncomfortable beds and slightly out of the way. You can hire mopeds from hotel however ensure you cover your backs and photograph them as we had issues at checkout claiming we had damaged them ( which we hadn’t ) which was very stressful.

Amazing hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and all have a view of the pool and nature. The staff is so nice and kind! The location is not ideal but the hotel rents scooters, has a restaurant and even does laundry for very little. Everything was perfect, the swimming pool is great and the place is very quiet, in nature. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it.

I needed a few days off so I decided to go to the quieter side of the island. I made the right choice with Samui Hills. The property is located in an area surrounded by palm trees. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned. You can also rent a scooter here and speak to the staff at any time if you have any questions. All in all, I'm almost sad that I'm leaving tomorrow ☺️

I stayed my first six days here at Samui Hills. The team is always very helpful and attentive to customers' needs. There is a bar area and a lovely swimming pool overlooking the hill valley.The Samui hills resort is set in a lovely area of palm trees, banana trees, mango trees and tamarind trees.With many flowers around and tropical plants climbing the trees.It is a natural spectacle to walk along the road that goes to a point of view surrounded by rainforest looking out over the bay.If you want to relax and have an experience surrounded by nature, the Samui hills is the place to be.

We stayed for a week and during this time, they cleaned our room couple times, that was amazing.The stuff was so friendly and they always tried to help us with everything also they rented us a motorcycle so we don't have to go to oher place. They have a amazing laundry service.The view every morning 😍EVERYTHING was really good.Thank you all ladies for make our stay better than we expected 👌

I can't watch TV. Stayed for two nights and didn't come to fix it, but the owner's room looked normal.4. There is not enough parking.5. I forgot something (photography equipment). OK, it's my fault I forgot. And I have coordinated with the owner. I left the accommodation on November 24, 2023. Currently, on the date of typing this message, December 17, 2023, the owner promised me that he would send it to me. And I will be responsible for the shipping costs myself. Please tell me the account number. But then the matter was quiet. It took me 21 days to return the item. Let's talk about the truth. If it made me not come and promise me, why? I called about 3-4 times to follow up, and they always promised the same thing. Until today, I called 3 times and they didn't answer my calls, so I coordinated with the tourist police. I just need help On the track of the night and will not report any complaints at all Because I understand that his work may be busy. But what I received was the owner of the resort calling to scold me and yell at me. Why did I go to report the matter? I already explained that I was just coordinating to take it back and didn't report anything. Hey, what is it? What did I do wrong? And scolded me without forgetting to open my eyes. Lovely cozy rooms with a good comfy bed in a beautiful remote setting in the nature. Quite a few good value resteraunts withing 10-15 mins walking distance. Very safe and quiet roads nearby if you are not too comfortable on a scooty. A scooty makes it just perfect. You can walk out from your room to a clean lovely chill area with a great swimming pool. Marko and joy are the best hosts and donut is the best dog in thailand ❤️ we already miss the place 😆 😥Just be careful! You might end up staying a long time if you book for a day or two lol.

Mountain view accommodation with a slightly deep swimming pool. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, no mosquitoes, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a water heater. Free coffee at the counter below. The mattress is a bit thin but when I slept for 2 nights it was quiet. The entrance was deep into the garden.

Marko and his wife are really very correct and were able to give us lots of tips for our visit to Koh Samui. Getting a scooter was also easy and we were even able to use Marko's scooter for two days free of charge (of course not including the tank). However, the room we booked with Marko was anything but good. We have been traveling around the world for 6 months and have never had a room as bad as here. The air conditioning smelled really bad of mold...you really couldn't leave the air conditioning on for more than 10 minutes. The bed...I felt like I was sleeping on a pallet. I have never had such a hard and uncomfortable bed on my entire trip around the world. Bathroom etc is ok. In general, the complex (pool area, rooms, hallway and terraces) appears very run down and not particularly well maintained. You should also know that the accommodation is really in the middle of nowhere, but you actually know that beforehand because it can be seen from the pictures and the map. I don't understand all these good reviews. Of course you really feel very welcome there because everyone is cool, but there are much better accommodations on Koh Samui for the same money that offer you a lot more.

This place is a hidden gem. The owners Marco and Joy are great, they help with everything you need and if you need a ride they will be happy to take you where you want to go on the island. The rooms are big and nice with a good view of the pool area and mountain. We recommend this especially if you like more quiet place to stay at with good beaches around.

This place is one of the most quiet place on the island if not the quietest.You are surrounded bu nature and can enjoy peaceful rest while staying away from noisy and polluted cities.The pool is really warm and you can enjoy at night.You can keep your intimacy here.Staff helpful and they offer taxi to airport for 600 Bath if needed at the moment i write this post.
