Beautiful! The owners are loving and received us very wellWe did laundry with them for 70 baths per kg and received it washed and ironed on time.The breakfast the offer cost 60 baths and is very tasty.They also sold us the tour to the national park and arranged our tickets back to Bangkok.The rooms have air conditioning and hot water for showers!

We spent one night here, the location of the place is good, very close you have many restaurants and shops, the house made for a good night's sleep, for the place where it is we have not found any bugs. We came with the lake excursion already contracted with another site, and I understand that that was the reason why the staff did not treat us very well, we needed a transfer to the dock the next day and the price they gave us was 2000 baht, and There was no grab in this area and it was complicated, finally the next day we got a grab for 900, the fact that they wanted to charge us more than double seems like a scam to me. Be careful with that if you are going to stay here.

I give this a 5 star rating, but mind you that the accomodation is very basic. If that is all right for you then the location, the price together with the very friendly and helpful familiy who run it make it a great place to stay!

They have two types of houses. Smaller and bigger. I was in the smaller one.The walls are thin, you can hear everything on the street. But at least at night there was no noise nearby except crickets. The area is quiet.The house is full of holes, so any insects can crawl in. For example, a cockroach crawled into my bed. They were in the bathroom too.The bed is relatively clean. The pillow smells like the sweat of previous guests. The pillowcase, however, was odorless.The room has an air conditioner and a fan. And a bed. Nothing else. My things were on the floor. I paid 450 baht per night for the house. But the red price for this is 300.I wouldn't live here again. Only if there are absolutely no options. And you can find options nearby.Ps: at 6:30 in the morning, driving begins on the road next to which the house is located. Therefore, the dream is over (everything can be heard perfectly).PPS: The water heater in the shower does not work.

The accommodation is in a beautiful area, and the room in the casita was simple but very clean. Despite the heat and humidity of the area, we slept without mosquito problems.The family that runs it is very nice and they help you wherever they can. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us with bottles of water because they saw us very hot.We hired a guide to get to know the jungle and access the interior of Khao Sok. The guide, Keaw, was very nice and showed us different plants and animals. We got to see a lot of life that would have gone unnoticed if we were alone. The route lasted almost all day and we were able to swim in the river. He was a nice and fun person. He made us several bamboo souvenirs that we will take back home.Thank you very much to all!

A lovely place with very basic but well-kept bungalows. Water, towels and wifi are available (sometimes better, sometimes worse, but there is a second wifi available on the common terrace where there are tables and chairs to rest). It's run by a Thai family. My father used to be a guide, so he can explain everything and tell us what to do and how to do it. He speaks excellent English and doesn't force trips on anyone ;) He can order transport, a bus, etc., or even rent a scooter for you (which we did, it doesn't involve any margin). His younger daughter takes care of the reservations and is always there to help. Even if we wanted to extend our stay, she sent us to booking so that we could have it cheaper (bungalow with private bathroom and A/C 700₿ - cheaper through booking). The owner is now engaged in farming and showed us his garden and offered us some fruit. ^^ Everyone is super helpful and friendly!

If you are coming to Khao Sok this is the perfect place. The houses are located on the roadside, so it is quiet, and the surrounding orchard adds an idyllic atmosphere. It's clean and spacious inside (although in the house we were in, you could put a shelf or table to put things away). The hosts were very nice, hospitable and helpful. They organized a bus back to Surat Thani, contacted the scooter rental company and provided all the information we needed. Especially for the price offered, I think it is a great accommodation option.

We stopped here every day (was close to our hotel). The shop has everything you need, a bit like 7/11. The coffee house has delicious coffees. But the very best are the smoothies that they prepare fresh. Never had such a delicious banana smoothie!

This place is just great :) while it is very basic it is also very cosy and clean. The staff is very friendly. They serve good and cheap food. The same family (I think) also runs a well-stocked mini market and a tour operator (both just accross the Street). We bought the lake & jungle tour with them and it was just great

Very friendly atmosphere. The cottages are basic but very clean and cosy. The staff is just great, they serve really cheap food. there’s a well stocked market just accross the street (run by the family) & they (or again their family) also offer really good excursions to the lake and the jungle.
