Great budget hotel. The rooms are clean. 2 water bottles provided per day. Restaurants and walking street is near by. No generator, if there is power cut, no electricity. Please plan your work. The reception is available from 8-8 I think.

Correct hotel, good room with some views. The problem came in that they put us on the 4th floor seeing that one of the people was injured, on the other hand we wanted to go to a medical center which was one minute from the hotel and they wanted to take advantage by charging 300 bahts.They also had some consideration and gave us a crutch for our stay.

We booked through Agoda and everything went great! Price/performance ratio is really great, although you can easily reach the center on foot, you still have peace and quiet from the noise. The room was great and the lady at reception was very friendly :) a clear recommendation from us, we will come back!!!

Spacious, clean room and in an excellent, quiet location. Unfortunately the electricity (and therefore A/C) was cut off most nights, which made for less than ideal sleeping during a heatwave.

The place is nice overall, although it is a bit far from the center and many times there are malfunctions in the electricity or the water flow. Despite everything we had a very nice 4 nights there. There are many stairs in the hotel.

The price-performance ratio is outstanding. You can be in the center within 3 minutes, but the hotel is still very quietly located in a side street, so you can have peace and quiet at night. The rooms are very spacious and have a balcony. The hotel is also very clean. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

It's clean, friendly, has good air conditioning, a good location, and is quiet. There's nothing wrong with it. 👍👍👍The downside is that it's a bit difficult to go up to the 4th floor room, but it's not a big problem, and the roof view was disappointing.I had a great stay for 12 nights.

We were a group of 3, booked a triple room and were amazed by the place. Incredibly reasonably priced for the room and facilities. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. Our room was cleaned and restocked with water and toilet paper every day and the staff were lovely!The location is amazing- both close to all the restaurants and bars at night and just a short walk from the beach (3 mins!!)We stayed here for 10 days and would’ve stayed longer :) 100% recommend this place!

Small but nice! I assume it is a family business. You can also tell, because they make an effort here and are extremely polite. Have booked the ferry including transfer through the hotel. Sairee Beach is about a 5-minute walk away.They clean it every day (in the afternoon), and the air conditioner, fan, and refrigerator work well.There is no hair dryerThere was no elevator, so I got some exercise by going up and down to the 4th floor. The reception staff were friendly and the view was nice.

For the price we expected a somewhat better hotel. In the rooms it is horribly hot, until you turn on the air and it acclimatizes it can take a while.The shower with hot water... It takes forever, in the end we end up showering with cold water.They ask for a deposit of 2000baths, and make a 3% supplement for paying by card (this is common throughout the island)4th floor without elevator, for young people it may not matter as much but it may be an inconvenience for older people...It is an 8-minute walk from the beach, a little removed, but the place is quite quiet.Comfortable beds, although quality-price ratio I would not repeat.

The Hotel was good. The rooms clean, the bed comfortable and the Staff friendly. It was a little bit hard to communicate with the Staff, they can’t really speak english. Also would i like if they would fill up the Toilet paper.

I like it...all things are good overall. The shower water is strong and satisfying. Have a chance to go to Koh Tao Will go to stay here again.
