From direct experience on 01/04/241.) The air conditioner is old, yellow and not cool.2.) Bathroom water doesn't flow after showering.3.) The TV is difficult to use and unstable.4.) The staff did not clearly solve the problem, such as suddenly the power went out in the room due to a broken key card / water stagnating after showering. which I have to get off the elevator Go inform the staff to fix it 3-4 times if it really solves the problem. Had to change room for customer.5.) Difficult to contact employees Because there is no one on standby in front of the counter.End of review only once.

Good rooms, friendly staff but loud music till 4 am. If you are in luck they will give you a room that’s quieter and not on the side with soy green mango that has super loud music.

If it wasn't so expensive I would've been able to tolerate the loud music. But it's going to be literally impossible to sleep here.It was an impulsive emergency booking after my previous place turned out to be overbooked. Should've taken a few more minutes considering my options.

We spent 1 night and liked everything. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately seated. The manager at the reception was very friendly and clarified the wishes of the room. He checked us into a quiet part of the hotel and we slept well, despite the fact that we lived on the active street of Chaweng. The beach is very close, literally across the road. In the evenings there are parties on the beach.An excellent youth hotel for those who want to live in the center.On the downside, it’s a little difficult to find the location, since the sign is hard to see and the entrance to the hotel is through a store.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The level of noise at the hotel is insane - we could not sleep, even after buying earplugs. Left a day early and stayed at another nice place on Koh Samui. Would not reccommend for anybody

The hotel is in excellent location, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the price is perfect. Two twin beds, air conditioning, refrigerator and a private bathroom is all you need to enjoy the party street here in koh samui. Sam and Bill are great!

Incredibly loud at night with the music, I got no sleep. Would not recommend as it feels like you're in the toilet of a club.

The rooms have zero insulation.Finding cheap accommodation in Thailand where the windows can be closed tightly doesn't seem to be possible.But here the bass from the surrounding bars still booms through the walls.

Super friendly staff. Room cleaned well every day. Location directly in night life area, also not far from beach. Can be loud at night because of that.
