Wonderful hotel resort in Koh Samui! Had the Level Pool Access room and it was a great space. I also like the convenience of going straight from the bed to the pool. Shout to the fabulous Level Lounge Team. Want to specifically shout out Lisa and her team, Sky, Dew and Queen when I was there. They made sure I was looked after and always, always served with incredible passion and a lot of smiles. I will definitely be back for sure.

I don't feel like going back to any resort, no matter how good it is, if there is no kindness.I was grateful to Melia Samui for being so friendly from check-in to check-out. I will definitely visit Melia again when I go to Koh Samui.

I give it 1 star because I cannot give 0 or negative, a 5-star hotel with economical guest service, where I am sure the treatment would be betterWe booked a 4-day stay through a well-known Spanish online travel agency, on the 2nd day at night, a Friday, they left us a letter informing us that the agency had not paid for our stay and that we would please contact them. , it shouldn't have been our problem but that's what we did, we contacted them and they informed us that they would clarify itToday when it was time to leave the room they told us that we must pay because the agency has not responded... after contacting me the issue is resolved, the hotel made no effort to clarify itThese types of misunderstandings can occur but how they are resolved indicates the category of the establishment independent of the stars it has.I do not forget that the agency was the one who started the problem, but I do not know the agreements and payment methods agreed upon between both companies and the agency has resolved it immediatelyThe hotel has used us as a bargaining chip, I know that they have regular dealings with the agency and that they are from the same group, therefore their agreements should not affect the client, they sell relaxation and only add stress with this type of actionsThey have given us a very bad time, and they have not had any courtesy details, only smiles, now they will answer that they have let us use the pool and shower until they came to pick us up, but that is a general service that is offered to all clients, an attempted armed robbery...Very Tatty

The hotel was nice! The beach is very nice. The breakfast is great. The downside is that it is so huge and mass-touristey more for families I would say rather than couples. The staff was very nice and professional. The gym was the best weve been in Thai hotels so far.

We were in a boat shaped room. A large room with 2 floors and 2 shower heads in the shower.A very special room with a balcony.The hotel has many pools, sitting areas, a bar, a restaurant and even some slides.Pleasant beach.A location far from the center, but for those looking for peace, this is exactly the place for them.A very tasty and varied breakfast! Kind staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Amazing hotel. Had my Honeymoon in one of the boat suites and they made it unforgettable. It's one of the best hotels I have stayed in.The room was spacious and the design wonderful.The breakfast was phenomenal with a wide range of options for everyone. The french toast is a must.All their staff, including there Yoga instructor and Muay Thai instructor included in the booking were amazing. Really enjoyed them.The fire show and renting the kayaks were also included both great.All in all it made my first trip to Thailand ultra special and I would recommend to anyone!

Our stay at Melia Koh Samui was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and attentiveness. The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had every comfort we could have asked for. Very nice beach hotel with a great main pool and beautiful gardens. The theme of boats and the sea runs through the complex. The beach at the hotel is the best in the bay.The service in the level lounge is worth highlighting. The ladies do a really good job and make you feel valued. Aungke, Mamai, Sky, Tamarind, Lisa, Queen, Maitai and Maya really put their hearts into what they do and take exemplary care of the guests in the level area.The boat suites are very nice accommodations and offer peace and privacy. Unfortunately, the cosmetic/shaving mirror is missing in the bathrooms. The quality of the three air conditioning systems in the boat suites is quite different, ranging from absolutely quiet and draft-free to loud and unfortunately drafty. Unfortunately, there are not enough sockets or USB charging ports on the bed. (also because there is no bedside cabinet on one side)Nevertheless: The Melia is also a very nice hotel for a relaxing holiday on Ko Samui because of its good location (with 7-Eleven, restaurants, pharmacy...everything nearby).

It's a beautiful hotel! The service is second to none, the food is always perfect and the layout of the hotel with the large river pool and lots of greenery is simply fantastic!In the evening you can have a good time in the beach restaurant with a view of the beach.It was wonderful!

A fantastic and very special resort. We stayed here as part of your honeymoon and had an absolutely lovely time - everything felt so luxurious and the food was amazing! We particularly loved having a room with direct access to one the two huge pools and really appreciated being taken care of so well by the entire team within the level lounge - Aung, Mamai, Sky, Tamarind, and Selena, thank you for being so attentive and genuinely kind :)

So far, the best hotel of this chain where I have stayed, we are in a standard room, it is very spacious with two king beds, a terrace and a large bathroom, with a shower and bathtub, it also has a nexpresso coffee maker and tea maker totally free. The pool runs through all the rooms and reaches the beach itself, where they have sun loungers (free) and one of their restaurants where you can eat on the beach at a super good price. The service is great and the treatment is perfect, for me a 10.

With direct access to the beach. The pool is very cool and the water is super warm. Good treatment, super friendly staff to help with whatever you need. Very complete buffet breakfast. The comfortable rooms and the dinners are à la carte, the food is incredible and the presentation is top notch. Very good cocktail menu. Cleanliness throughout the resortI recommend it 100%

Our 12 night stay at Melia in Choeng Mon was amazing!We had a room with access to the pool and the Level.Let's start by saying that the entire staff is unparalleled in courtesy, helpfulness and efficiency! The girls at Level have an ability to always make guests feel good, in a few days a wonderful relationship was established and we could count on them for any need. We want to mention them because for them it is not just work but true tangible passion, professional Maya and Lisa, very nice Sky, Dew a big heart, very sweet Tamarind, amazing Queen. These people made our holiday unforgettable. We must add that we found courtesy and professionalism in all the resort staff.Fantastic pool, excellently soundproofed rooms, excellent breakfast - varied and high quality. Well-kept green areas.The only flaw is the sea; in the period in which we went (August-September 2024) the tidal situation and the capricious climate made it unattractive for swimming, despite guaranteeing a fascinating variety of colors and suggestions.We thank the people mentioned above and all the staff who, together with the beauty of the resort, made this one of the most beautiful holidays.

We had a great time in Melia. At this time of year, which is considered the low season, the hotel was 60-70% occupied. And we felt quite comfortable. I can’t say anything about the sunbeds near the main pool and on the beach, since we went to swim at other beaches, but the beach is really small and probably in high season there is a problem with sunbeds. A group of noisy teenagers was seen, but they were not seen again in the following days. There is an excellent children's playroom where girls work and organize leisure time for the children. The toys are good, not old, my son found them interesting. The lower play area is for younger children, up to about 2 years old. There is an air purifier and restrooms for boys and girls. Very neat and clean! There is also a paddling pool for children, with a mini slide. The feature of the hotel is the lazy river; we really enjoyed swimming there and our son riding the slides. The breakfasts are amazing, we really enjoyed them. Rooms are cleaned daily. The restaurant staff and mini car drivers are friendly and welcoming. We are pleased that we chose this hotel during this period of time. The location is excellent - close to Chaweng and Central Samui (we had a car). There is also a 7/11, a cafe and more.I would like Netflix and YouTube to work in the rooms so that the quality of the room matches the price. Because we lived in two 4-star hotels during our trip, and there was Netflix there😅 But not here ((
