A family-run hotel with nicely furnished rooms. It's a bit older, but the hospitality tops everything. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is always free water. We stayed here as a family for a week and felt very comfortable. Laundry service is also available here. The laundry is returned freshly washed and ironed on the same day for only 50 baht per kg. A small pool is available and there are sun loungers for relaxing. The location is also great. Restaurants, pharmacies, massage parlors, moped rentals and supermarket right next door. The beach is across the street. We can recommend the accommodation and would come here again and again when we are on Koh Samui.

Jida and BB have THE BEST RESORT. It’s very small and private with very lovely rooms. Air conditioning, plenty of free bottled water and they always make the bed for you. They have a lovely open air common area with a bar and a large private pool. They have three adorable dogs, including a puppy named Captain who became my best friend. Jida and her family treat you like family, and I had many incredible late night conversations with you. Their location is perfect. They are right next to the beach (3 minute walk!) and you are only a 10 or 15 minute walk from the lively downtown area. Jida is also incredibly connected with tour guides all over the island, and gets you the BEST prices for tours. EXCEPTIONAL & INCREDIBLE.

WOW, just WOW!I had the time of my life at Pandora and felt at home the first second i arrived there. Thank you Jida, BeBe, Luca, Noy and everyone else who made my stay this unforgettable.The location is perfect. Close to the busy Chaweng area but still quiet. 7/11 store just next door where you can get everything you need. The rooms are in a very good shape, clean and the whole area is just loveley.The food and coffee provided by Noy and Luca is very delicious. Excellent pasta and thai food.Jida knows Koh Samui like nobody else and can help you organize everything you desire.Thank you very much and see you soon, family 🫶🏼

Don't be fooled by the flashy photos. It is true that the decor is nice but for the rest, quite a few false notes:- my air conditioning was malfunctioning, it took 2 days to repair it.- no private exterior- shower without shower, not practical...- average breakfast- Location not far from the beach but as the large beachside hotels are privatizing, you have to make a good detour.The positive points:- the bedding is comfortable even if the pillows were not to my taste- attentive staffAt more than €50 per night, I found the value for money disappointing, but in Samui prices are driven up with the influx of tourism.

If you don't need a luxurious resort, this is the place for you! Small backyard resort with a pool and lovingly furnished bungalows. Jida and her family take care of everything. Scooters, laundry, transfer. The beach is 3 minutes across the street! Breakfast is available at the neighboring café.If you have to leave after 4 days with wet eyes, you know you're home!

A great place to stay and not spend a lot of money, but get a large, clean, well-kept room. Many hotels in Thailand have quite damaged and neglected rooms and bathrooms, even though they are rated 3 and 4 stars, because tourists will come anyway, wanting you to be close to the beach. There is no beach here. But a great place to stay. You will feel comfortable, without fear of dirt or squeaky doors. I recommend.

Jida and BB and their gorgeous dog Captain are just an absolute joy to be around.Helpful and attentive is an understatement, they are the best hosts.The bed is so comfortable and location is amazing.3 minutes from the beach and a short walk into town.If I could give more stars I would.Thank you so much for our wonderful stay ❤️Sally and Paul xx

I loved my stay here. The location is super central but still quiet. Rooms and villas are tucked away from the street around a pool/chill area. The hosts are super forthcoming and can help with any request from laundry to motorbikes to help with booking day trips or airport shuttles. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, a real nest. Extraordinary staff. Breakfast next to the top...just not super easy to get lost and Samui neighborhood less nice...but we were in heaven

they go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible, we completely fell in love with the relaxing atmosphere and kindness of the hotel owners!we couldn‘t recommend this place more! we had the best time with jida and her husband!-she organizes bikes, busses and boats for you-she did our laundry-she cooks really good food and you can always ask to eat at the hotel at any time-the breakfast was always freshly made and super good-they got us fresh coconuts everyday (the best coconuts we had in thailand)-rooms are very clean and each room is unique in style-the pool has clean water and was really refreshingnegative - it felt so much like home, that we didn‘t want to leave :(we loved it so much - be open and it will feel like living with a local family❤️ jida is really giving her all - due to covid she had to cut back a lot and is fighting to build everything back up to it‘s former glory (however, you will love it now - sincerely the best ever!!!)definitely coming back!! 🫶🏻

A super nice host who really made you feel very comfortable during your stay. The facility is well maintained and safe because the owner and her are always there and from 10 p.m. the door can only be opened with a pin.If you are looking for cheap accommodation with a comfortable bed and a decent shower, this is the right place for you. 👍🏼👍🏼

We booked 2 days there because the booking reviews were so positive. Unfortunately they are not correct.The residential complex appeared to be shabby in every detail and partly non-functioning.The former reception is a junk room, the inner courtyard is playful and kitschy.In the bathroom the toilet seat was a disgusting imposition, the hot water didn't work at times and the taps were incomprehensible.I can't recommend it because it's a shame to spend your time on Ko Samui worrying about it.
