Just way too overprice for what it is during the full moon party. But its nice to be at a 10 min walk from the full moon beach. Would have been better if there was at least AC in the rooms.

Old room and unpleasant smell. Suitable for a short stay or possibly for the Full Moon Party. Neither refrigerator nor hairdryer are provided.

We were very disappointed with this place.We made a reservation for 4 nights and when we arrived in the middle of the day there was no one at the reception, and after we found the reception person he was very unkind to us and impatient.Then we got to the room and found out that it was small, the bathroom looked horrible (there wasn't even toilet paper there), and worst of all, the room was not clean and there was mold on the table and ceiling and ants on the floor.Unfortunately we were not entitled to a refund, but at that moment we returned the keys and left disappointed.

Good value for money, the bungalows need updating but the location in this garden and close to the jungle is really great and quiet. With the gift of monkeys as a neighbor.

Loved it. Quiet, nice surroundings.We booked the cheapest room and it was totally fine. Slept like a log.Shower pressure could have been better but that is a minor gripe.The free tea and coffee is great for grumpy morning people.Tip:Rent a bike further away, the local guy rented us a death trap and then tried to blame me for the brakes not working properly.

Staff is nice and the bungalows are basic but good. There was bad pop music playing nearly 24/7 though, it wasn't loud enough that it disturbed the sleep but still annoying. We stayed for almost a week.

Our favourite place on Koh Phangan! Beautiful garden, nice and big bungalows and very nice staff. We stayed here last year and came back this year, still the perfect place for us. We stayed in a fan only room, cause we don‘t mind a little bit heat - opening the windows in the night and closing it in the morning helps to cool down the room. For the price, it‘s the best option in this area - the garden is amazing :)

The place is pretty and surrounded by nature, close to the full moon but far from the rest to enjoy the island. The bungalows are quite basic without air conditioning.

Stayed here for the full moon party! Was a really great location (10 minute walk from beach) and cheaper than most hostels in the area. The man at reception was really friendly and gave us lots of free big water bottles that were cold. …

We booked pretty late, maybe a month and a half before the FMP. Most places near the beach were already sold out but we wanted to stay within walking distance and not have to break the bank. No AC but the fan does a decent job of keeping you cool overnight. The bungalows are also very private and quiet. Also really is just an easy 5 mins walk to the beach. Not a luxury hotel, but for a night or two for the FMP definitely pretty good and handy.

Simple lovely place, the bungalows are comfy and cosy! The area is incredibly nice! Also good to work remote, fantastic scenery if you like peace and quiet. I LOVED IT! No hot water but that was mentioned beforehand.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is very cheap and hence the 3/5 stars. For our part, we didn't spend a night there because the standard is very low. Only drops came out of the shower (showering was hardly possible). The beds were good and the facility is quite nice and quiet. Anyone who likes budget travel is also in good hands here. It just wasn't for us. But of course everyone has to know for themselves!

My money, 8,000 baht, and a music speaker were stolen from my room. The locks are all intact. The owner said that since the locks were intact, there were no problems. And there was no money. We will contact the police.
