Very suitable for one night and a stone's throw from the station.We slept there on the night of January 27 to 28, 2024. The many favorable reviews we read beforehand immediately convinced us that this was where we had to go.We didn't think it was worth booking in advance and there were plenty of rooms. All rooms were 500 baht ($20.00 CAN). We had room 110 which was very large with very good wifi. We were asked for a 200 baht deposit for the room key.A whistle bug bothered us a lot before we went to bed. We wrongly believed that it came from outside. We didn't know that this soloist was in the fridge room! He or she finally fell asleep. The concert lasted at least a good hour. With the echo it was very loud. It was a simple cricket!! I'm going to photograph it. He's not there anymore......This thing is still sleeping somewhere.There is hot water at reception if you carry your own coffee like us.There is a 7 Eleven opposite and a few restaurants around the corner which are open very early for your convenience. We offer you some photos while recommending this hotel.Review written on January 28, 2024 in Suratthani, Thailand.

Cheap and cheerful option right near the Surat Thani train station. Budget price gets a basic but clean and comfortable room with hot water, aircon, WiFi, etc. Perfect location only 200 meters from the train station and right across from a 7-Eleven. Great spot to overnight before catching a train or to get a day room waiting for the sleeper train onwards. Pleasant stay.

The hotel is perfectly located right opposite of the train station. We had a very spacious room with a big, renovated bathroom. The only downside was that the wifi didn’t work when we arrived but it worked again the next morning.

Night stop at Suratthani station 3 minutes away to leave the next day for Khao SokVery good value for money For a one night stopoverVery clean, large room, good bedding, silent air conditioning, fridge and 2 small bottles of water. Beautiful bathroom. Everything is new. Overlooks the street but no noise pollution. A few minutes from the station easy to find. A 7/11 and a street food night market nearby.Please note the hotel offers transfers, for example transfer to Khao Sok 1200 bath by private car (more expensive than a collective Van for 2 which is 520 bath with 12GoAsia resa fees, but different service)Very unfriendly reception from the receptionist when we arrived at the end of the afternoon. You must leave a 200b deposit for the key.We are on the second floor, no elevator.No kettle even though it is in the description. Same no balcony.No water in the morning we had to leave the hotel without a shower...., we informed the receptionist (different from the day before) who apologized but was not aware of this.Hazard of wifi which cuts out regularly and which must be reset.

We had booked the accommodation so that we could take the train straight in the morning. Just a short stop, so to speak. But we were quite pleasantly surprised:Per:-Very large room-Very clean-Fridge is in a separate room, which faces the back-Bathroom is also quite separate-The bed is huge and very comfortable (mattress is hard, but we like it)-Air conditioning worked great-Enough storage space available-There is a huge desk that is easy to work on-Bathroom was also very clean and well lit-Location is great, right next to the train station and 711 and there is also a laundromat right next doorNeutral:-When you shower, you splash a little in the bathroom, but that's almost normal in Thailand.-The shower head was loose, but worked reasonably wellNegative:-Very noisy and somehow it sounded the whole time as if someone was renovating their apartment and tearing down the walls. Even with fitted earplugs you could still hear it well.
