A very nice facility unfortunately on the Chaweng main street.A good starting point for holidaymakers who want to experience a party. For those who want it quieter, a room on the ground floor is recommended. Unfortunately, the rooms with a sea view do not have a quiet night until early in the morning. But the staff were very helpful and courteous and offered us a room on the ground floor, which was better there.The complex is really beautiful and there is good food, even romantic on the beach.

Hotel fulfills all wishes. Rooms are great, staff are very friendly and the view is beautiful.The only drawback that the hotel cannot do anything about is the noise of the nearby beach clubs. Everyone should be aware through Google Maps that you are directly on the airport's flight path.

The hotel is really a dream and absolutely recommended. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating - I have never experienced such service in any other hotel. Every wish is promptly fulfilled. The location of the hotel is ideal: right on the beach and at the same time in the heart of the city, where numerous restaurants, shops and bars await you. It is very lively here, especially in the evenings. Another highlight is dinner directly on the beach, which perfectly rounds off the already beautiful hotel experience. In addition, the pool area is excellently designed and offers an additional place for relaxation and recreation. You can also pamper yourself with a massage right next to the hotel on the beach.

The location is excellent. All services nearby. The beach is not the best, but about 500m walking distance.The room was spacious, the bathroom huge. The staff was really friendly.The hotel was clean and the places were well taken care of.The air conditioning was sometimes cold.

Worst hotel experience of my life! All the rooms stink (very much) with mold and after I asked and argued to change room the manager told me she knows about this problem (!!) and that there is nothing she can do about it, let alone cancel the booking and give me my money back. The rooms are dirty with stained sheets and very uncomfortable mattress and pillow. All the towels smelled like chlorine which is disgusting. When I asked for another towel from the front desk they were so arrogant to tell me that if the cleaning lady has made the room already they do not switch towels or give you an extra towel. The water pressure in the shower is weak and even stopped completely during one of my showers. Breakfast is ok.To conclude save your money and please do not book a room here! Very expensive and and very very bad experience, would never ever step foot in this horrible place again.

Amazing experience at this place all the staff members were so kind and help full, especially Nadia, Lek and Thet. They all made us feel very welcomed and so informative. The pool and amenities were also amazing, with a delightful buffet breakfast every morning, and the menu was slightly different each morning too. Definitely will come back here again.

The hotel is very nice. Very nice staff in reception, service, management. The food in the hotel is very good. Breakfast is OK. The location of the hotel is very good as the center of Chaweng is easy to reach (max. 3 minutes on foot). Unfortunately, the beach is not that nice, there is almost no water at low tide. Unfortunately there is currently an emergency repair construction site at the pool - the pool was or has always been usable. At low tide and while we were working we had a free shuttle to the neighboring beach 👏👍

Couple 58 + 62: 3 weeks 16.5. - 5.6.We were back on Ko Samui after 11 years. The Dara Beach Resort was built in Thai style in 2007.If you've seen a lot, you can discuss the situation, but that's just Chaweng!The room was excellent, clean and pleasant. What needs to be highlighted is the service in the hotel. The 2 things we had were taken care of immediately. What I found very good was the express survey after 4 days to get the mood and impressions of the guests. Afterwards we had a nice chat about our impressions and gifts. Top! I don't want to single out any names, from reception, room service, breakfast, pool bar, service staff and management all nice, friendly and accommodating. We liked it, even though we weren't in the hotel that often and were more on a road trip by car on the island.

This was our second hotel on Koh Samui. To say that we were disappointed is to say nothing.The hotel is in a state of disrepair and needs major renovation. I don’t understand what kind of 4 stars we are talking about at all?!The only positive thing about this place is the staff. That's all.It was low tide on the beach. Well, there's nothing you can do about it. But... the conditions and condition of the rooms... that's something.First we were taken to a room overlooking a tree post and a fence. They asked to change it. Okay) they changed it, but asked me to wait 2 hours until the room was put in order.Unfortunately, 2 hours was not enough for the smell of musty, stinking laundry to disappear from the room.We decided to stay for one night, to check what was going on, to give it a chance, so to speak.The room was paid for 4 nights, and since this hotel has all booking options at a non-refundable rate (which is very convenient for the management), we, of course, could not cancel it. Neither booking nor the hotel cooperated.At night the movement began and the music played so loudly that it was simply impossible to sleep.Before this, there was also a hotel in close proximity to the bars in Lamai, but with the balcony closed you couldn’t hear anything at all. It didn't help here.First thing in the morning, we left this wonderful hotel.Despite the fact that it was paid for.Peace of mind and comfort are much more valuable.

Very nice, quiet hotel, yet in the middle of the life of Chaweng, with restaurants, spa, shops. Nice, large, clean rooms. You can find a lounger on the beach or pool at any time of day. Pool is completely sufficient, with waterfall, jacuzzi. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Abi from reception.We have felt very comfortable here.
