This was an emergency booking after a bad experience with another property and from the start they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.They waited for us, checked us in, and we were mindblown with the sunset on the beach just right at our doorstep. Great surprise!There is anything you will need at 2 minutes walk (bike rental, beautiful breakfast places, a beach restaurant with great food and cocktails…) plus it's very quiet.The room was clean and anything we needed they provided with a huge smile. Nook at reception is an absolute angel, she organized our transportation to our next destination by herself, we just loved talking to you.We would come back for sure!!

There is not one bad thing to say about this resort.Nice sea resortExcellent place!Excellent air conditioning in the rooms with the air conditioner, a spacious room equipped with a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix.Excellent location!!!The resort on the sea, 5 steps away and you are at the beach.A minute's walk from the main road of Ceretano.The resort staff is kind and nice.They will help you with what you need.There is a laundry service on site at a price of 50 baht per kilo ☺️Super recommends ♥️♥️

Great location in a vibrant area. Great selection of restaurants and shops close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very beautiful beach in front of the resort with some of the best Sunsets on Koh Phangan.Unfortunately - no pool. 😞

Bungalow taken on the beach. Beautiful views, beautiful beach, 15 minutes walk to the nudist beach and nice beach bars. Bathroom is mediocre, but it's great for a few nights! Air conditioning works very well. I don't think you really have hot water, but you don't want to take a long shower so that works out fine. Bed is light! Reception woman is super friendly!

Beautiful location right on Happy Beach. Well maintained. I was here right before the full moon during peak season so there was a lot of hustle shuffle with people needing to move rooms which was stressful for the receptionist. You could tell she was feeling the stress. I found it was easier to ask the cleaning staff directly to get my needs met (TP, beach towels, water…) The staff was very kind and accommodating!

We had one of the single rooms - the furnishings were a bit old and the refrigerator urgently needed to be replaced. But the location and friendliness makes up for the outdated room. It was clean.

The staff was very friendly. We had the deluxe room with a balcony. The room is simple but functional. From my point of view, everything was clean except for the refrigerator. The direct access to the beach and a fantastic sunset is great. There are not enough beach chairs and the ones that are available are unfortunately in very poor condition. The complex is very quiet.

We get one cheap bungalow and have been great for the sunset , miss a lot deckchair and one restaurant or bar next to this beach for the service at the beach .

The cheaper fan rooms are very run down. When we try to open windows, the mosquito screens fall off, there's not any space to open any bags and the only plugs are high up by the bedside. Extremely over-priced.

I can't understand how these high ratings come about for this desolate place. The only thing worth mentioning is the good location of the hotel, as it is right on the beach and there are very good options for shopping or eating nearby.However, this is offset by the poor price-performance ratio! For around 2500 Bath per night you get a room that needs renovation, hardly any service and a hotel entrance that is almost falling apart.When we arrived the room was not clean, the bed linen had stains and some of our towels had holes in them. After we mentioned this, the cleaning was carried out again and we were then asked to speak, which was probably the unfriendly thing I had ever experienced in my life. The bottom line is that this can be summarized as follows: If we still have something to complain about in the room, we should please leave the accommodation. With the refreshing instruction, we wanted to leave the accommodation straight away, but we had no other option for accommodation as all the other hotels were fully booked.There is no regular housekeeping; cleaning is only carried out when necessary. To do this, the key must be placed in a publicly accessible box, which is of course also defective and anyone could take the key. This is honestly the stupidest concept I've ever seen. A simple sign hung in front of the door would be much better here!Water, coffee and towels are only provided upon request. So service is zero, I can go to a hostel and look after myself...Outside the room it continues in almost the same condition.Although the sand is freshly chopped in the facility every day, the disadvantages still outweigh the disadvantages:There is junk lying around everywhere, either carelessly stored under the bungalows or swept up into piles.There are seating options that are almost falling apart, and there are about 4 rusty beach loungers on the beach. Otherwise just a few scattered bamboo chairs from the closed restaurant. Also interesting are the wooden loungers, which are reserved for the expensive beach bungalows, as they were of course already broken.All in all, we were able to survive our 6 nights here somehow, but would never book it again!

The owner Nook is an absolute heartfelt person. She has always helped us and is always smiling. The location is really great for Koh Phangan. It's only 15 minutes by scooter to Tong Shala (which we were able to book directly at the resort). Shritanu itself is very quiet but you have everything you need. Great breakfast options nearby and a small shopping street. The beach was very nice and clean too.We had one of the older rooms, which was sufficient for us since we were always on the go. Unfortunately bed linen and towels had stains. There are no hanging hooks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space would be nice.But really ok for budget travelers.Would definitely come back but try to book one of the newer bubgalows.

They didn’t change the trash in the bathroom or balcony during my five-day stay. I found this caused a smell and attracted insects. My bungalow was a little rundown. I think it’s a revolving door situation there. Great location on the beach though - the best part about it.

Overall I give it 5*+ good pleasant hostess+ very quiet beach. Very close to Zen Beach but quiet. Complete peace of mind.+ the hotel itself is also completely silent+ I had room 103 with a white wall opposite the bed and I watched the projector on it+ there is a pretty big TV about 50 inches+ large balcony with side sea views. There is a table on the balcony. You can eat or work at the table))+ blackout curtains+ good location near a cafe and a shop+ quiet air conditioner= there is always hot water but the pressure is weak= don’t expect super specials= numbers 3 or 4 types, I don’t know how in others= cleaning is tricky))) you have to put the key in the reception box - then at least they will clean it every day - checked. And if you carry the key with you, then there will be no cleaning)) hence the reviews a la “there was no cleaning”)))- some kind of unkempt area, a mess.Overall a good hotel.
