Everything was okay , receptionist very nice . But when come by car need need to ask hotel reserve parking for car .. Btw please repair your upstair room in toilet .. People who walk at area hotel can see your naked in bathroom at upstair if you dont cover the small ventilation hole .. Located near beach ..

Booked a room last-minute to avoid staying at the extremely loud beach club down the road.Room was daggy, dated and a little bit grimy, but the bedding was clean and comfortable; overall no issues.My front door was open on arrival, allowing a cloud of mosquitos into the room. This seems to be a recurring theme in reviews.Location is great, hotel is relatively quiet. Beach front is one of the less rocky and more swimmable areas.Wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period, but was more than suitable for a single night.

Out of 8 hotels we tried this was a very very poor last was the cheapest but you get what you pay for I guess the room was very very dated poorly decorated pool was terrible tiles coming off or missing sun loungers disgusting looks like they haven't been cleaned since they were new 40 years ago would definitely give it a miss luckily only stayed one night but one night to much don't like leaving bad reviews but if it helps one person avoid it then it was worth it

Last week stayed here. Almost got electrocuted to death Because of an electrical leak from the water heater.#No apology, no admission of wrongdoing. Even though the customer almost lost his life (luckily he wore rubber slippers to go to the bathroom).

Ideally located between the beach (direct access) and the busy road very welcoming staff the only downside is at least on the ground floor the smells of humidity in the rooms and the dilapidation of the bathrooms, and in the rooms no bedside lamps to turn on the light you have to enter at the back of the room, the swimming pool is not very well maintained as well as its few deckchairs. Good value for money.

The staff are very friendly, rooms clean, room srevice daily with 2 free water bottles daily. 30m walk to beach & 30m otherway to the main strip. Did i mention its really cheap. Its in the centre of everything. Perfect. Thank you PTK for a great holiday.

We were robbed!Before our stay, I saw several comments from hotel guests who were robbed, unfortunately it happened to us too. The safe in the room was broken, we couldn't store our wallets and passports in it. After checking out of the hotel, we noticed that 100 euros was missing from one of the wallets. We only had two euro banknotes, so we noticed it, we didn't count how many baht we had - it's very possible that more money disappeared from our wallet. This could have been done by the cleaning staff or the staff, because when we went to the beach we left the room key at the reception. At the beginning of our stay at PTK Beach we definitely had this money in our wallet, it's a sad thing, I advise you to keep an eye on your valuables when staying in a place like this

If you are a cheapskate, this hotel is definitely bang for bucks due to its very strategic location. It's the cheapest beachfront hotel in Chaweng. Car parking can be troublesome as they run motorbike rental service also and the bikes take lots of parking spaces. Shower pressure is very low but the wash basin is ok. Room size is enough for a couple. Bed is comfortable. Aircond runs ok. Kettle not cleaned

Since it is a cheap hotel, the facilities are naturally outdated. However, the advantage of the hotel is that it is directly connected to the beach. If you come to a place like this for your honeymoon, you will be dissatisfied, but it is a good place for those who are looking for a place close to the sea and looking for cheap accommodation.
