We had a great time at Kirikayan. The location right on Chaweng Beach is perfect - waking up in the morning and having the sea right on your doorstep was just great.The staff was really nice and always helpful, no matter what we needed. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The Jacuzzi room in particular was really something special, almost like a small, private paradise.The breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Thai and international dishes. Pom, was always ready to fulfill our every wish.All in all, it was the perfect place to really unwind. We spent the first week of our honeymoon here and remember it very fondly.

Very nice resort, the structure is a little old but well kept, perhaps it could use a few coats of color but overall it's not bad. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and available for every need. The location is not central but you can get to the center on foot in 10 minutes. Clean pool, sunbeds both on the beach and in the pool. Bar service by the pool. Beach towels are available for free in the facility. The beach is perfect, in my opinion better than the more central ones because it is quieter. The only flaw is perhaps the little varied breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is very nice, even if not very well kept. I stayed in a loft room on the first floor with a spectacular mega hydromassage tub in the center of the room and a double bed on the mezzanine overlooking the wooden beamed roof and small terrace. Access to the beach is convenient, with a swimming pool area and super comfortable sunbathing sofas. Perfect area for those who want a bit of tranquility with a beautiful sea. The service is a sore point. I booked for 4 on Agoda but they gave me a room with 3 beds saying that my little son (9 years old!) could sleep in the big bed with mum and dad. I had to raise my voice to have the sofa set up as a second single bed. They didn't want to do it and insisted. The next morning I had no place at breakfast, because all the (few and insufficient) tables were occupied. They told me I could sit for breakfast on a dirty terrace 3 flights of stairs down.... At the reception, in particular, they are unwelcoming, very different from what we found in all the other hotels in Thailand (we visited some 7)...

Superb resort with direct access to the beach. It's small, around thirty rooms, so forget the 5 swimming pools and the giant refectory. Only one swimming pool, of a decent size, and sufficient: it was regularly empty, never very busy when we were there (early August). The same goes for deck chairs and shaded places. The breakfast is quality, with a nice assortment renewed every day, cappuccino and cooked eggs brought directly to the table. Small downside, breakfast is taken with a view of the street rather than the beach, well, nothing bad. The beach is superb, and almost empty at the time of our stay. There was a jet ski rental company there, perfect for going tubing with the children. The setting of the hotel is magnificent, a simple and yet beautiful green path which separates the resort in two, a real postcard photo.

This is a hotel we have been staying at for years. Unfortunately the Covid years left the hotel abandoned and it is struggling to rise from its ashes. We hope that the hard work of the team in place will bear fruit. The villas are still in good condition and maintained, it seems that everyone is working to bring this beautiful hotel perched in the jungle of Samui back to life. No catering, no bar for the moment… it seems that all these services will return. For now the swimming pools are perfect, the cleaning is done, the towels and linens are perfect. We hope that the kirikayan will regain its splendor because it is a very beautiful place and its teams spare no effort to satisfy you by making themselves constantly available. Scooters delivered directly to the hotel if necessary, and small local restaurants just a stone's throw away for lunch or dinner.

The pool is black, which makes it kinda creepy to swim. The entire property could use a makeover. 10 throw pillows in the room but no chair. Mediocre food.

Impeccable service and always ready with kindness and smiles to meet every need.Sea front with infinity pool, small and private but wonderful beach, excellent massage service on the beach.Two-storey rooms, with large tub, wonderful bathroom, always clean.The breakfast is not the best in terms of variety but it can be done.Ideal location 15 minutes walk from Samui center

Really nice looking property going for the “middle of the jungle” theme. The rooms were HUGE and the giant tub in the living room was definitely eye catching. I still feel there are fundamental issues. Boutique hotels tend to go for style over functionality. This place definitely had style but management needs to note the following glaring issues:- Getting to the lobby involves going up a ramp and then up and down a set of stairs. If you have heavy luggage then hope a staff sees you to help. This is your first impression of the hotel and it’s not a good one. There are also no elevators or even ramps to the second floor. I felt really bad for the staff that delivered the wrong luggage to my room TWICE because there are no bag tags being used. The stone platform walkways around the property are pretty but are not possible to roll any luggage on.- Sound insulation is basically 0. I could clearly hear people in the next units conversations and they were not speaking loud. A group of guests decided it was time to play with their children at 12:30am and I’m sure everyone knew about it. Loud songbirds wake you up before 5. Those muay thai stadium advert trucks will feel like you’re right next to them.- Breakfast was pretty bad. I skipped it half the time.Side note I appreciated the ability to rent a bike through the hotel and have the desk hold on to my key while I went out for the day.

An old hotel, but it has been renovated. The rooms are not too big but very comfortable. It is a Thai-style hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful beach 🏖️!

AMAZING3rd time I come to Koh Samui and this hotel is the best I have been to. The swimming pool with sea view is great. Our room was large, modern, and the decoration was calming. The beach is just 30 seconds away on foot. The staff is more than friendly. They provide towels for the pool and beach, and a bathrobe in the room.You have a 7 eleven 3 minutes walk away, on the street to the right of the hotel. Also, you have a shop that sells cut fruits and fruit shakes right next to the hotel which are excellent, I recommend you go there.You have many shops nearby and the central festival shopping center is a 20-minute walk away, with a night market next door.It was really the best hotel I had in Chaweng. I recommend it with your eyes closed.

The facility looks nice at first glance, but at second glance the description and pictures from the internet no longer match reality. The resort is more like a 3 star hotel.We liked the rather small pool area and the beautiful beach. There were enough loungers and the pool bar was open.The resort is set in a tropical garden, somehow romantic and beautiful.The staff was friendly, especially the lady at reception very helpful.Unfortunately, the rooms are getting old. We had two dark rooms on the ground floor. It smelled of mold, there were dead mosquitoes on the walls and you didn't feel like spending much time in these rooms.When you arrive in front of the resort, there is a steep path up to the reception. There is no one there to help carry the luggage up.
