My husband, our twin daughters and I spent three (3) wonderful weeks at this establishment. The rooms are spacious and huge and are cleaned every day. We had the swimming pool right in front of our room and the pool bar, very practical for cooling off 🤪The team was super nice to us but especially to our girls. I think all the staff members hugged Mia at least once during our stay. Special mention for Aum the bartender but also New and all his colleagues, the boss and his wife who were all adorable with Mia 💕💕We will come back for sure 👌

We returned from “the Briza” yesterday and here is my experience. We had the pool villa 808, 2 bedrooms with private pool, the hotel is clearly showing its age and a few things need to be repaired. The rooms were very large and very clean, the pool except for the fact that a few tiles were missing was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day by the pool boy. I put 100 bath on the bed for the cleaning staff every day, which gave us extra services such as mosquito spray in both rooms after cleaning, extra cafe in the room, extra water in both rooms. The breakfast is sufficient for Thai standards. 1 A was the service at the beach bar where the girls took great care of our 3 children. The service was also perfect otherwise, the request for a rental car was dealt with immediately and we received a vehicle within 30 minutes. The beach was and is not big but very clean, the sea was perfect for walking far out at Ebe, the sandbank about 30 meters from the beach was really cool. I can't say anything negative about the hotel, it was just great. If you want more luxury or service, you should stay at home and let your wife pamper you.A big compliment to Mr. Ken, a huge compliment to Nock, who played with our son at the beach bar every day and took care of him. Also a big compliment to the young lady at breakfast, just a big compliment to everyone and we'll definitely be back.Greetings Osvaldo

Sadly we had a terrible experience and checked out after 1 night which was meant to be 6...this hotel is not 4 star not to mind 5 star..When we arrived they had heavy rain (which i know nothing to do with hotel) our cases were left in rain and all out clothes were wet and the lovely guy that brought our cases to rooms got a terrible fall from the wet tiles...we had to ask for more towels and had no hot water in the room(which was nice)...the pool outside had a dirty black scum around it and my husbands back was covered in this and had a make shift pipe entering pool with water flowing into pool..There is a lot of steps in this resort to reach restaurant and the lighting is very bad and my husband twisted his ankle which is dangerous especially at night time for anyone..when we went to restaurant there were cats walking along the tables which is very unhygienic and I asked a member of staff to remove while we were eating but still there following morning for breakfast ..my stepson went to reception a couple of times to speak to a manager and the lady at reception wasn't pleasant one minute she was a manager and the next she wasn't when we asked to speak to the manager and a guy came but seem to know between them who was....we were very disappointed with the whole experience the 4 of us and checked out after 1 night...I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this hotel there is far superior hotels around....

The resort is outdated, the swimming pool is located in the middle of the resort between buildings so there is no view of anything and it is very unpleasant with only a couple of loungers for the whole resort. There is no beach vibe compared to all the other resorts around you, and it's very unkept. If it wasn't for all the shipping and activities we could do outside of the resort, it would have been very unpleasant. The breakfast starts getting very boring by day 3 with notbalot of options. The only thing that made it enjoyable was the friendly staff that was always willing to help and the private pool by the room.

When I first arrived very impressed of welcoming from the front desk staff Ken and his team very professional. He took me to the beautiful room . The beach is in front of the hotel . The service is good the room perfect. I will be back definitely in the future.
