First of all, we were taken to a room that smelled extremely bad. There was used snus lying around and hair on the toilet bowl.After we complained, we were allowed to change rooms. It was a bit cleaner, but there was no blanket in the bed.Full of ickies for 3 nights, sometimes we had cockroaches in the room.You could really make something nice out of it, but what a shame!

Isolated location and difficult to reach but at least the rooms have a nice view. The rooms are old and dirty, brown water comes out of the shower and tap or not at all. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired and the staff did nothing to resolve the obvious problems. Definitely not recommended!

Fraud: apart from the rooms being in poor condition (insects everywhere, rarely water - if there is water it is brown, no flushing toilet, extremely hard mattress), we were charged a deposit for check-in. When we checked out, the owner, who previously spoke English well, couldn't speak a word of English and didn't know anything about a deposit - so we didn't get anything back.

- Problems with booking and dubious emails asking for payment.- Cockroaches and insects in bungalows.- Smelly towels.- Duvet was greasy and sticky (not washed?).- Too expensive for what it is.The story started when we booked the bungalow through Agoda, with the option to pay on site when checking in. Shortly afterwards we received an email asking us to pay via PayPal. Agoda clearly advises us against this and so we decided not to transfer the money. The next day we received another email, this time asking us to transfer the money to a Thai bank account, otherwise our booking would be cancelled. We did not do this either and cancelled our booking. We then decided to book again, but this time to pay directly by credit card. At first glance the bungalow made a great impression and we felt very comfortable. The location is really great. But as soon as it got dark we were overrun by cockroaches. They were suddenly everywhere. The most disgusting thing was a dead cockroach and a live one in the folded blanket. We were hunting all night, didn't sleep and left the light on all night. You can't sleep when a big cockroach is running down your back. The next day we complained. We got 50% of the price for the first night back. We also moved to another bungalow and got insect killers. In the second bungalow there were fewer dead cockroaches than in the first from the start. We sprayed the poison in every nook and cranny. In the second bungalow we only saw a few small cockroaches, but we did see a big spider. We hardly slept for the next two nights.

The staff is so helpful and kind. We had a problem with some flies in the bedroom so the staff change our room. Really nice rooms and the view is so pretty. The only thing is the big hills you have to walk up to everytime you want to go to the city. Other than that, nothing bad to say. Recommend staying here!!

We had a very nice time there, a few days before and during the Fullmoonfest. We were on foot, the resort is about 15 minutes from the beautiful Haad Rin beach. The way there and back is sometimes very steep, so you really have to be good on foot.The beach where the sun sets was also only a 5-minute walk away, and the way back was also very steep. You can walk 100 m down the hill and you're right by the sea, but it's rather rocky there. We went swimming there once, you definitely have to be able to swim, but it is possible to go swimming. If you are looking for an adventure, you can also take the path over the rocks to Haad Rin beach, as we did.The room was quite expensive considering there was no air conditioning, only a fan, and very poor Wi-Fi in the cabin itself, but you got used to it.The lady who owns the resort is polite and helpful. There is a communal area with a breathtaking view of the sea and Haad Rin Beach, the owner can always be found here, there is good WiFi, food and drink, laundry service, attractions and much more.In the end we were very satisfied, even if it was a bit expensive.

The bungalows there are very simply furnished and yet have a certain charm. The view of the sea alone is great. What I missed most was air conditioning. At just under 30 degrees, a fan is simply not enough. A change of towels and shampoo or shower gel were available upon request. A safe would have been great too. The staff was very helpful. The only thing that was a little difficult was communication.Anyone who stays there must definitely be able to walk well. There are quite a few stairs. From the first row right by the sea to the parking lot, almost 100. Sounds like little, but it has a corresponding level of difficulty. The stair height varies. :-O

Back to the roots... Simple wooden bungalows with fan, water and electricity, terrace with hammock. Right by the sea, no beach over rocks. Anyone who likes the sound of the sea/surf and prefers it windy will be happy here.Reception available, English language skills are clear, it's 2.3 meters to the hut (40 steep steps), but it's worth it. Scooter necessary because it's a bit outside. Would have liked to extend it but unfortunately it wasn't possible because it was fully booked (upcoming foolmoon party, view to the left on the terrace is of the Haad Rin beach some distance away)Again any time!

Last year, I’ve had a really pleasant stay in this place. Can’t forget those sunrise from the bungalow. May be a bit far from the town but if you’re searching for a chill time that’s the place

There is no hot water bottle. There were no drinking glasses. On the second night, someone knocked on the door several times, so we called the owner. She answered.Late when we inform He said that his girlfriend slept at the bungalow and waited for 10 minutes when the male owner came. And we met a woman in front of the room. In summary, she is a service woman. She couldn't find the guest room where she had arranged her appointment. We loudly scolded her. There is no safety. How could you let outsiders come into the guest room yourself? We were angry. The accommodation was next to the sea, and there were no leaks. We thought it was not safe at all. The accommodation is very old, there are rocks, cannot swim. Really sums up this accommodation. It would be better to close the business. We have to stay another night. Because I reserved 3 nights. And probably won't come again. And it's 10 minutes' walk from the restaurant, but up the mountain, there's no electricity on the walkway. Thank you.
