Very affordable accommodation and cozy bungalow! There is working AC and the room is clean and up to standard. However, the location is a bit off, as you have to walk quite a distance to get closer to shops and restaurants. Difficult if you don't have a mop or pay for a taxi. But at the same time it is very close to the sea! The staff was kind and helpful. Still recommend this accommodation.

Really Nice Place to stay, with a swimming pool and a lot of cab passing right in front. Even a noodle restaurant nearby.Would 100% go back there if I happen to travel back to Koh Samui with friends.

The Deluxe bungalows are very good! The room was clean and comfortable! There was a smart tv in the room for Netflix ect.

The room was large and airy! Great decor made simple. The bed was comfy, there is a smart tv, comfy bed and kettle fridge etc. the pool is great although getting a little colder in low season. Made us comfortable the whole stay would recommend

The place old and dirty. Horrible 2 nights stay. Better dont book here if you want enjoy koh samui. They not clean our room the next day. After complaint many times they still dont want to clean. we have to clean the room by ourselves for the 2nd night. Bad enviroment come with worse service

Pros: location is easily accessible and pretty close to the airport.Walking distance to the Chaewang beach.Plenty of restaurants and stores around.Nice pool, staff is friendly and accommodating.Cons: it’s a rundown place. Old furniture and bed may creak.Lots of insects and there was a giant lizard in our room.

Stayed for one night before early flight. Could barely sleep.Room was dirty, lots of bugs. Killed about 10 flying ants from the bed before going to sleep. Uncomfortable bed that is about to fall apart.Staff doesnt speak english.

Very inexpensive, a little far from the center of Chaweng (allow 25 minutes of walking) but taxis will take you there for a pittance (200 baht for 5 people).The lady at reception is really great, always smiling and friendly. The swimming pool is great too. Despite the distance, there are still a few restaurants around that are worth a detour.

Very run down place. Definitely looks better in pictures than in real. My room could only close with a pad lock from the outside, so couldn’t lock it from the inside at night. Arrived late night and was leaving early in the morning, so I just went to sleep with the door tied closed with a rope.Moderately clean, noisy room, no shampoo provided, only a bar of soap.Place is very far from restaurants and bars, and couldn’t get a taxi either, so it was a 20 min walk for dinner.Needs a good renovation.
