I run away from the hotel at beach side that we thought. The price at 2500 /night paid 12,500 could give us very comfortable,,, to this guesthouse. If anyone see the price is unbelievable the quality amazed me !! Leawan Guesthouse safe my life of my first time in koh Phanang. They event got breakfast, very friendly staff , patio for a play station , some space to relax on roof top , mini bic C and 7/11 just 2 minute walk , also stay in the main road can take a Join car 🚙. To harbor , perfect spa , staff give me advice to the food place, market , and the view point ,me and my husband really grateful to visit there Thank you so much to helping us and give a warm welcome.we will visit you guy again next time !! Recommend to anyone whom never been phangan . You should be there 😘

We had a great time there. On the first night we stayed in the room facing the road and it was very loud, but the earplugs saved the night. Then we swithed to the side facing the gungle and it was great.

Really nice, and well run hotel. Don’t hesitate to book. The room is clean, has a quality bed, bedding, big smart tv, and did I mention it’s clean? The sheets were very clean. There is a patio if you want to smoke or relax. They have breakfast on the 4th floor everyday for free along with quality coffee. The hotel is a good location for the island. If you have a motorbike you can go anywhere. The girls at the front desk have cool uniforms, speak English, and they are very beautiful. There is a like a massage, sauna, and spa thing in the next building but I didn’t try this. It has high reviews though. Will I stay here again ???? Yes…… no doubt.

Excellent location for us as we were going to the half-moon party at harmony beach club although if you were going to the proper half moon, I'm not sure the location would suit. The rooms were spacious with a little tiny balcony, desk, and fridge. The aircon was good and there was a TV. However, the bathroom really let it down the smell from the water was disgusting as if it was sewerage actually felt rotten using it and we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth as we didn't think it was safe to use. They also had free breakfast included, which was a disappointment. The eggs are cooked first thing in the morning and left there then whenever you arrive. There is a women there looking after the breakfast so not sure why they don't just have it as a cook to order when there is actually someone there, although she wasn't that friendly we did feel uncomfortable with her as if we shouldn't have been up in the kitchen having breakfast. As for the "unlimited water". It's just left in the massive drums and have no idea how they expect you to refill with them. Seems like its offered, but they don't want you to avail. There was water in a dispenser on our second morning, and when we went to use it, loads of dirt were floating in our cups.

The apartment and the bed was really nice, TV and A/C was working correctly. Everything was clean, nice and modern.The hotel is location near the main road so You may want to use the earplugs.The worse thing in the apartment was the bathroom. The look of it was not good. We did not liked it. Also You have a breakfast, but You have to do it Yourself from the ingeriments.

Couldn’t fault this place, staff were super friendly and helpful, shared space on the rooftop was amazing with a TV, PS4, kitchen and lots of seating. Free breakfast was a super nice touch. Only stayed here one night but could have easily stayed much longer. Felt like home!

Had a wonderful week at the Laewen Guesthouse. After sitting primitively in a bamboo hut for a number of weeks, this was a huge improvement. Room was clean and tidy. Also fully equipped. The entire building looks clean and tidy and the shared living room is a winner! Nice cup of coffee in the morning with a breakfast of your choice. Water tap available during the day and it just feels good and relaxed.Location also absolutely fine. Located on the busy street of Tong Sala, but you will know this when you book. It didn't bother me, I used the earplugs in the room and slept like a baby.Nice place, friendly staff. Recommended ;)

This guesthouse is definitely beautiful and well worth the money if the water problem got fixed!Every time I turned on the water for the shower or sink the room started to stink so badly that i would have to leave the room and let the water run before showering. It smelled almost dangerous to be breathing in!The bed is comfortable, and it is in a pretty decent area close to a 7/11 and a massage place just downstairs!Now they could improve also with the customer service, as the lady that received us during check in was so rude.Other than that, great place. But seriously that water situation has to be fixed, I'm sure that would get shut down by the health department if that was a thing in Thailand

Very clean guesthouse, with large rooms and comfortable bed, the toilet was clean and spacious but it smelled unpleasant when you turned on the water.We took this hotel because it said it had a breakfast buffet, but once there you are presented with a basket of eggs, bimbo bread, butter and strawberry jam, which I think should be specified rather than put" buffet".However, we had a great time and would recommend it

Oh man! That place, I have no idea why do they offer it for rent. I stayed their for three nights and it was unpleasant experience, simply because I couldn’t sleep from the street noise. Why is that? Because the balcony door facing the street doesn’t bring enough isolation, you basically feel that you are sleeping in the street exactly as I mean it. I want to ask the management of this place whether to take the rooms facing the street down from the booking platforms or simply replace that balcony door with another one that could isolate the room from that noise.

I really liked the stay in this guesthouse. Comfortable and thoughtful rooms, cozy and light, comfortable bed, good bed linen and towels, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need on the roof, a cooler with drinking water, a recreation area with a large TV and a game console, table football (you probably need to ask the staff for a ball, we didn't find it on the spot) On the ground floor there is a massage parlor with a very good reputation, which we visited with pleasure and could recommend.Of the disadvantages, I would like to note a very weak Internet connection, lack of cleaning in the stairwell, not high-quality room cleaning (when we checked in, we found someone else's razor under the bed, which remained lying in the same place five days later, although the room was cleaned), if your room faces the road, it is quite noisy, but this noise can be compensated by turning on YouTube on a smart TV , we also had a faulty bedside lamp and one chair ( one screw is missing from the bottom, because of this my wife tipped over from the chair, but fortunately everything worked out ) . We also did not like the carpet in the room, as it did not have a pleasant smell. It's better to just remove it from the room. It is also very strange that when you remove the smart key, your refrigerator also stops working. Keep this in mind so as not to spoil the products.We hope that the owners will listen to our feedback and improve their service, then we will definitely come back!)

Great accomodation, clean facilities, there is also a kitchen, coach and tv with playstation on the roof. The location is perfect as it is not far from the ferry pier.

The location is good, it’s right on the main road. Rooms are quite smelly (smells like mold), view out the back is not very nice, and you can hear the neighbours from the rooms next door
