The bed sheet was changed on the 13th day of our stay. It has a stain from the 1st day so we know whether it's changed or not. Toilet bowl is stained and smelly. The cleaner usually doesn't clean the toilet just the double bed and floor. On our first day, our toilet room was already sandy.Receptionist/OwnerIt's so awkward to be around him, whenever he sees us he interrupts us to sell us tours and transport desperately to point that it takes your peace of mind. He's never interested in small talk. He charged us 300 Baht for a taxi for an 8 minute ride. Lanta Bay Ray receptionist offered the taxi for the same location for 150 Baht. What a rip off!Toilet Flush/ MirrorOnce flushed, the next flush takes time to happen. It would've been nice if the mirror was inside the toilet room.Air conditionerAt 16 degrees, it feels like it is set to 27 degreesDoorIt has some cracks, from outside the room can be seen so privacy is compromised. I tried peeking outside and I can see a lot inside. I'm referring to room AO6.SafeBroken, unable to close itPillowsToo high that it gives you a stiff neck

What a gem! The location is great, a 1-2min walk to Klong Nin beach, around the corner from 7-11/Tesco, and lots of restaurants within walking distance so you don’t need a scooter every day. …

The Lanta Mansion is a good location for travelers who want to explore Koh Lanta extensively; beach vacationers, jungle hikers and night owls are equally at the right place here. …

Was there for ferry tickets and scooter rentals. Nice staff and fair prices

Can’t complain. Bathroom not state of art, but seen worse. Very clean, friendly and helpful owners. AC and beds are comfy. One of best for low budget. 7-Eleven and Tesco around the corner. Plus able to use pool if you’re up to for a small fee. Pool is located about 500 meters away. Very nice.
