First we were let into an extremely dirty room that didn't have the facilities we had booked. After a comment, we were informed that all rooms with balconies etc. were occupied and that we should spend one night in the previous dirty one and can change the next day. They didn't want to give us any compensation for this. The level of cleanliness was not addressed. We were put off in the evening to speak to a responsible person such as the manager, who turned out to be another receptionist. The manager cannot be spoken to and nothing can be done about our situation. They would understand if we don't want to stay there and should cancel through Agoda. Of course that doesn't work because we also paid on the spot, but they didn't want to give any money back.After a long discussion, a room suddenly became available that corresponded to our booking and we had to carry all our stuff from one building on the fourth floor to another on the third floor. We then said thank you and shut up, but the room was only slightly better. The lighting was similar to that of a prison, lots of mold in the bathroom and very old, dirty furniture. It was enough to sleep, but you didn't feel comfortable at all there.The cleaning staff, however, was very friendly.

Crazy dirty place we had blood stains on the sheets in the shower and holes in all the sheets. We had a mattress with protruding springs that you couldn't sleep on and after we asked the reception to change the mattress or room they brought someone who just turned the mattress to its other side (which still didn't solve the problem). Breakfast is very basic and not particularly cheap (250 baht per person per meal). The location is good and close to the beach, central areas and Beit Chavd.

Don't stay here! They steal money! We checked in and went for a walk. In the evening they discovered that money (except for 1 dollar) was missing from the suitcase and passport. We asked the reception for camera recordings. The woman hesitated for a long time, then said that the camera was not working. The duvet really doesn't have a duvet cover. Place a sheet on top and bottom. They clean it poorly, the refrigerator smells terrible, it's all dirty. There is hair in the bathroom. All this hotel knows how to do is steal.

If you stay at Chaweng Noi Pool Villa, you can use the beach and pool here. There is a free shuttle every hour. The beach is pretty good, but there are hardly any guests. It looks like it is closed. The pool is small, but the water is clean. Maybe it's because there aren't any customers.The exterior and restaurant look old.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast terrace. The beach at the hotel is great and there is plenty of space. Loungers and parasols are available. Highly recommended!!!

We arrived at the hotel and the first thing I noticed was that it looked completely run down. The reception looked nothing like the photos. When we got our room, we didn't know what was happening to us. Rims on the toilet seat, mold in the shower and holes in the bedsheet. The mattress was hard as a rock and the socket almost fell off the wall. I have never seen such a bad hotel. 0/10 stars! Attached you will find pictures from our room.

Very nice located beach hotel but must get a nice room with sea view. Thats a bit hard to communicate with reception. Breakfast at the beach is recommended.
