Fairly handy location with access to the town and directly onto the beach. Nice beach bar where the staff were helpful; however, the rooms are very basic and generally the 'resort' is suffering from old age/wear & tear both in the rooms and around the site - it could do with some investment!

I am rating the massage in front of this hotel. We are 2 young women and a guy came to take photos of us without our authorization during the massage. I was naked below and the women who did our massages took off the laundry so the could see us naked.My friend did not dare to tell me , I had the eyes closed and did not notice that.It is disgusting. Do not go there. It is the one on the left of Lola boutique just in front of the bar and hotel. You have to clim little stairs to reach the massage mattresses.Moreover the massage was the worst ever!Do not go there!

We always like to come for lunch...the food is simply great here on the beach and the service is very friendly...we'll be back tomorrow,-)

Good quiet atmosphere, clean roomLobby with sea view Restaurant in front of the lobbyYou can get a lot of food. Moderate tasteIt's expensive.But I feel the room is not very safe, not safe, there should be wrought iron bars. Suitable for many people. Going alone may not be safe.In front of the road there are motorbikes for rent. Can rent for 200-300, good service, no cheating.Stop by to ask for lottery numbers at the Bodhi tree or the large banyan tree. Before you can go back, there's a solution.There is a massage shop on the beach in front of the lobby.

⚠️‼️Filthy room, demoralizing, sickening, execrable, foul, indecent, sticky, nauseating, unclean, filthy, ugly, awful, disgusting, worthy of a horror film. 🤢😱 Ant infestation in the bathroom, ticks in the bed, spider everywhere, fan that doesn't work, door that doesn't close properly, stains in the bed, and so on!!! For the sake of your mental and physical health do not stay here ❤️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! We arrived after 1 day of waiting for our flight to Koh Samui. We arrived at the hotel at 9:35 p.m., 35 minutes after (reception closed).We meet the security lady snoring and drunk... it was strange but I wasn't surprised.We are taken to the reception lady who was in this room! Very arrogant, she told us several times that the reception was closed, after a description of our room she told us that it did not have air conditioning but a fan! It was okay with us.Anyway, we head to the room and enter, there was no handle, there are lines of spiders everywhere, the fan doesn't work, there was a tick on our bed, an infestation of ants….We stayed no more than 10 minutes after which we gave the key back to the security lady and we left for another hotel for our stay in Koh Samui!We had booked for 9 nights… and if you still want to go to this hotel, avoid room 807, it’s the room I described above!Don’t run away from this place or even set foot…

Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. I was not expecting luxury given the low price, however the hygiene was not up to standard. The towels and bed sheets were stained with what can only be assumed to be human faeces. There were ants in the bathroom, bugs on the bed, and the bungalows are generally very run down.Despite this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered 5 alternative rooms, however they were all pretty much exactly the same. The staff also offered to upgrade us for free, but, again, the room was not up to standard. We had to cancel the booking and find a new accommodation at very short notice. This is unfortunate as the beach front location was great and the staff were lovely.

Very bad. There is a walkway down to the beach. When we walked down, an uncle from the hotel said that Poojao was not good because he saw that he was a Thai person acting like an Aquaman. The owner of the sea said that it was forbidden to pass the beach in front of the shop. But a foreigner walked past Juicy and didn't dare curse a word about the condition of the restaurant, let alone stop and eat. It stinks just sitting there. Finally, I want to say The shop owner's uncle should talk better with people from the same country. Not thinking, but just providing service. tourist

Very bad. Walked down to sit on the beach. The hotel owner shouted, "You can't pass through here. You have to ask for permission. It's not a public beach." But we saw that foreigners can walk past normally. Very narrow-minded, even though we're actually Thai people.Really bad, I walked down and sat on the beach. Really bad, it didn't take long to walk past and sit on the beach. Someone walked up and shouted, Can't pass here. Must ask permission It's not a public beach. I feel really bad. Or is it because I'm Thai? 😢

The location was a few minutes walk from the main road. When getting to the hotel, the receptionist was nice, but then when entering the room, we were shocked with the facilities. The towels were very dirty, the mirror wasn't clean, and the toilet seat was broken. When showen different room options the quality was the same.I do not recommend going there.

It was a pleasant surprise, the rooms were basic style bungalow but the facilities and restaurant was very good. The pineapple shrimp fried rice was excellent especially eating it right on the beach. The staff were friendly.
