Rooms small and a bit musty. Staff but extremely hard working. They immediately offered us alternatives. The 3rd room was fine. Last night the air conditioning failed and 29 degrees in the room gave us a sleepless night. The staff's concern and helpfulness still made it bearable. Room had direct access to the wonderful pool. Our children couldn't get out of there. Gardens including pool very well maintained. Absolutely fantastic views of the pool and beach.Staff extremely friendly. Location very good. Everything within walking distance.Can recommend the hotel.

I was totally ripped off by the manager. Travelled in March 2024. Had a room that smelt of damp and was not nice at all. They changed me to another room which was cheaper and I was told I’d get a refund. When I finally caught up with the manager to arrange the refund he then said no and I ended up paying for the most expensive room whilst staying in a cheaper one. I think as a woman traveling on my own he felt he could do this. He was a bully. The staff are lovely but some even told me he’s not a nice man. Avoid this hotel.

Very nice hotel complex with a good location directly on the beautiful Lamai Beach.The breakfast buffet is quite small, but ok. There is a good coffee machine.Unfortunately the rooms are really old and there is mold and a strong smell in the bathroom. Normally the room isn't that important to me, but a star deduction is appropriate here
