Booked for 7 days & very disappointed all round.1. Photos are misleading- Pools are across a very busy street2. NO sea view3. Steps everywhere - NOT wheelchair accessible.4. No chair for disabled in the shower or available.5. No assistance offered to purchase a chair even. Had to shower my son on his wheelchair!6. Had to change hotels in 24 hours7. Agreed to a refund the day we checked out - Not done after 2 weeks!8. Room app impossible to use.9. NOT 5 star - room service only available within specific times and or meals. (Don't expect a breakfast in your room after 10h30)10. Front office staff not helpful - Only Kevin was a super star!11. If you don't have the correct power adapters, NOT their problem.12. An expensive lesson learnt!

The resort is very pampering, the staff and service are above all expectations. Kind and pleasant. The cleanliness 10/10.Any request is answered with pleasure.Had a great time, suitable for couples and families.The location is quiet but not far from the center by car.The breakfast is very good!The pool is huge and overlooks the sea. Although across the road, there is a service from the hotel that takes you across the road safely.The gym is fully equipped and allows for effective training.There is also a room for games (snooker, ping pong) - on rainy days, you can spend a few hours there.We will definitely go back there in the future🫶🏼

Resort was completely empty as I was there for just a day before going to Koh Phangan. They wouldn't extend our check out by an hour claiming that the rooms were booked. However another employee claimed that we could extend for 500 baht per hour. FULLY EMPTY resort btw. Almost 5000 baht per night. Not even breakfast was free and costed another 500 baht. The pictures are much nicer than the place actually is. SKIP BY ALL MEANS.

In general this hotel is not feeling like a 5 star hotel compared to international standards. I would rate it as 3-4 on an international scale.The rooms are clean but not modern or of high quality. If you look at the right spots they even are not clean.The air conditioning is horrible loud. You can’t fall asleep while it’s turned onThe breakfast is ok and staff is friendly.Be careful with pricing. They have different pricing on their website and the known booking portals. The price on their website includes a so called Thai dinner and two complementary drinks. Finally that means if you visit with 2 person you get a 2- dinner for one person to share with both and basically it is street food which you can get in better quality at every small restaurant located at the roads. I think that’s the way to reject the offered best price guarantee…A big advantage is the free parking lot. The staff is very friendly and the pool area is quite nice.Overall the hotel is too expensive for the offered quality…Last year we booked the Thai Fight Hotel. This hotel was definitely playing in a higher league… and was half the price.

They had the best bed and pillows I've ever slept on. The hotel feels very luxurious with all of the staff being kind and polite.|They have 3 big pools with beach access that are very clean. I don't have any bad things about our stay, we've stayed there for a week.

Cosy room. Nice hotel staff. They give you the best comfort. Just only one feedback the beach at Lamai outside there hotel water is having too much seaweed inside water. Everything else was so perfect. Thank you outrigger. Lots of love. Thanks

This lodging is perfect for my hubby & I. The service & programmed offered is impeccable and it fits our budget and the pools at edgewater ( opposite from hotel) n the pool in the hotel itself offers a variety. The cafe and bike rental shop outside the hotel is good & convenient
