The rooms have been renovated and newly painted. The paint isn't dry yet. The smell of paint was so bad that it was dizzying, very painful. Personally, I think that if a room is not available, customers should not be allowed to stay in that room. And behind the window there were still painters passing through the room.In the bathroom, there was a water leak and there was a foul smell of water. There were a lot of ants in the makeup table area in the food section. I think overall it is very expensive. Order seafood fan rice, it looks simple, the quantity of rice is compressed into a small bowl, 250 baht per plate. The service of the staff is smiling and good. But I didn't care about anything.

It's the worst. I was accused of stealing a hair dryer.There was no hair dryer in the room, so I used the one I brought with me.Also, I was told at checkout that I could open all my luggage. I presented.The person at the front desk told me that I didn't have to open it, but even if I think about it, such a serious suspicion is terrible, and I think the hotel should apologize to me. In addition, the apology has not been completed yet.In the first place, stealing a hair dryer creates unnecessary waste and has no value to Japanese people.Also, I only stayed in the room for one night out of the four nights and left my luggage there, but since the cleaning staff were like this, I thought that the hotel staff might have stolen my luggage. I have it.The location was good, but I will never stay at such an unpleasant hotel again, and other people should be careful when staying there.

Value for money!! This is not a 5 star resort and definitely not the Banyan Tree, but it has an amazing view over Crystal Bay and very good pricing for a real seasight view balcony.The staff is very friendly.Just 1 item for improvement: the coffee!! But a neighboring bar has an excellent machine for addicts like me.

A place of great charm and with impressive views. The hotel is very clean, very good service. The beach right in front, down the stairs. There are restaurants next door, a 7 Eleven not far away and a McDonald's a little further away. There are no entertainment venues nearby to walk to, but if you want to relax and unwind it is the ideal place.

Quite disappointed overall. The hotel looks more like a stopover hotel than a stay hotel. No charm, no personality. It is really close to the main road of the island so very busy and noisy. Even before check-in we show you the price charged in the event of a breakage...Not a great restaurant (already overpriced for the quality).The swimming pool is the passage to get to the beach from the road so there is a lot of passage without any particular cleanliness system.The positive points: The beach has direct access. To begin with, it is not a resort, it is a small hotel with few rooms. No service except laundry, restaurant with three things and motorcycle rental. No service on the beach or BEACH club. If you want a very quiet atmosphere, it is your place. The room we chose had sea views and was certainly the best value. The bathroom is horrible, it is true that the hotel is on some rocks and maintains a bit of its essence but there is no screen and the shower is attached to the toilet, so the humidity is terrible. There are hardly any amenities, the basics, shampoo and gel. The location is wonderful but you need a taxi or motorcycle to go anywhere. Atmosphere there is nothing either in the hotel or in the area. Bring snorkeling equipment because the beach is wonderful.

There honestly can't be a more perfect spot on Koh Samui. Just steps to gorgeous Crystal Bay which is just as beautiful as the photos. Clean, spacious & comfortable room. Outstanding Thai massages on site. Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast on site. A big shout out to Min who made our trip unforgettable.
