We stayed at the hotel from September 19 to September 26, 2024. The hotel is great! The staff is friendly, always with a smile. The area is large, beautiful, several swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large selection of food and fruit for breakfast. I would like to come back here again.

The staff is very welcoming. In particular, thanks to Ding for his welcome and to Su at the Spa.The rooms are well equipped and everything was comfortable. The large bathroom with 2 sinks and a large shower with a shower head!We had requested an additional rollaway bed which was very good, otherwise the sofa was already very large and comfortable too.The swimming pool is great. The water is good, too bad it closes at 7 p.m. because we would spend hours there.A wide choice at the breakfast buffet with Asian, Indian and European specialties.A gym not huge but just the right amount of equipment and everything is functional.Massages at the spa, certainly not the same budget as outside the hotel, but it's not the same experience either! It's worth the detour, a real good moment of relaxation.The only small downside where the hotel couldn't do much but certainly linked to the season (September) the water on the beach was warm but with algae and small floating wood chips.

We do the only dinner at the AmariEven the reception and bell did not do the great service.have to thank you for Preecha to make our time special try their best to arrange us a table with very good service from F&B team. I not sure what position he is but he does his job with spectacular service mind and make good experience for customer.All food not fancy but it’s nice.Price is very reasonable.

Service is always great. They have been so accomodating. The breakfast is also yummy. Pools and front row access to beach is super relaxing. The golf buggies to get to rooms was also a great addition and definitely needed as resort is spilt in two seperate sections. Rooms are clean however my friends and I had two separate rooms and both showers were horrible. Every 7-8 seconds it changes to BOILING hot to freezing cold to normal and back to boiling. My friend went to a hairdresser to get her hair washed as it was near impossible to stay in for so long to do a simple task. Adjusting the water doesn’t help. I just worry if kids were trying to shower. It’s annoying but it is what it is. Happened in both rooms.

5 Star PeopleFive days ago I posted my initial checkin thoughts on the Amari - I gave the hotel 3 stars due to physical issues ( the busy mainroad which splits the site ) Five days have passed and I would like to post my final impression of the Amari. Every staff member was genuinely pleased to see us and other guests. All staff members, from maintenance men ( yes the hotel has issues), the cleaners, pool guys, waiters and the front desk do their very best to make your holiday the best it can be. If you can see past the physical issues, and no hotel does not have problems, then the Amari staff will make your stay the best it can be.A note to the Amari management - put pictures of your staff on the Amari website. Your staff are the hotel's biggest asset and are just as important as the tropical sunset views.

We stayed at Amari hotel for 4 nights. It was a pleasant stay at the beach wing. The room was a little outdated, but it was very clean and comfortable.The hotel staff is carrying the overall hotel experience. The service was incredible. Namwhan and her team really made us feel special and looked after.Sadly, some other hotel guest in the beach wing was smoking in her room, even though it is strictly prohibited. The smoke came into our room trough the airconditioning. After informing hotel staff, they cleaned our room, changed the aircon-filter, washed our clothes and fined the other hotel guest. Nonetheless she kept smoking. Unseen rudeness, which was hard to regulate for the staff.Hotel was nicely located from the busy chaweng beach center. Not bothered by the noisy bars and nightclubs. But still only a 5 to 10 minute walk to go there if you want.Breakfast had good quality and variety. food was replenished on time, so you never missed anything. Because of the size of the hotel, it can be a bit busy at the buffet.The pool can be used to take a refreshing dip. It is not meant for swimming laps.I recommend staying at the beach wing of the hotel.

Very good, atmosphere, service, rooms, food taste, close to the airport as well.The most impressive thing is probably Must disturb every employee Helped each other find the lost wallet until we found it :) The spa is really great, the prego restaurant is also excellent, the breakfast buffet is very chic.Overall, if there is a chance Definitely have to come back to stay again.

Good service staff They took good care of everything. I was very impressed. At night there was a barbecue buffet with a fire show. Very fun. The garden side was quiet and the lobby side was lively. You can choose as you like.

We tried to wave to the waiters without success in order to order coffee, only after we got up to call them someone was kind enough to come, we ordered a cup of coffee. We finished eating and saw (after half an hour) that the coffee had not arrived. And once again failed attempts to call the waiter. In short, bad service! Not recommended!After the extremely unpleasant experience we had with the room. (We arrived on honeymoon and got a remote room. On the wall of a hotel in a building that feels like a hostel Then we were offered to move to a dirty room too. Cockroaches on the floor in the shower) We arrived for breakfast at rush hour. There are no free tables. And we sat at a table away from the seating area. We tried to wave at the waiter to order coffee but were unsuccessful. After we got up to call them a kind person came. We ordered a cup of coffee. We finished eating and saw (Half an hour has passed) that the coffee still hasn't arrived. and failed again in trying to call the waiter. In summary, the service sucks! Not recommended!
