Very nice resort on bottle beach bay. Nice bungalow with airco, net, and big bathroom. The room was dark because most of lights are broken. Swimming pool is very nice but not very clean and therre are just 4 sunbed not broken. …

Nothing more needs to be said about the beach. It is probably the most beautiful on the whole island. Even when you approach it by boat. Just beautiful. The rooms are sufficient. Clean but lots of small cracks in the floor and walls. So a nighttime visit is almost guaranteed. The air conditioning, which only works after 6 p.m., wasn't right either. Very warm in the room. It's nice that there is a pool, but unfortunately it's not nice to look at, very cloudy water. The service is attentive and friendly. Orders take a long time and the tables are rarely cleared.Glad I saw this place. But once is enough.

It was one of the worst hotel I’ve ever been. Bathrooms were terrible and there was no protection for bugs. Workers were rude and disrespectful.Transportation is the worst part. On the sites they write we can use taxi, but without a 4x4 it’s impossible to reach to the hotel. We rent a motor and accidentally entered the road, we couldn’t go back after entering. When we reached the hotel hardly, for our return they charged a lot of extra money to take the motorcycle. Workers were careless and they said we have to pay otherwise we have to take the motorcycle on our own from a mountain road.Apart from the beach which is something natural and the hotel couldn’t destroy it, there is no reason to stay at a hotel like this. I would never recommendAfter reading the comment of the resort; they were shouting at the reception to us even though that I warned them to be respectful. Also even on the website while I make reservation there was no information regarding 4x4 trucks, only mentioned as taxi. We arrived late after sunset. Therefore the signs which they mentioned about warning were not visible at all. And after you ride around 1 km on that terrible road, you will see the warning sign, then there is no turning back. You have to pay money. And what they mean when they say ‘they tried to help’ they mean we had to pay a lot of money. It’s not helping it’s a money trap for the customers.I attached the video of the road and the entrance of it. You will see no warning signs only taxi prices.

It’s a nice place to unwind. Food was good and the facilities are ok. It’s a pity that the pool was closed the two days I stayed and the receptionist was not the friendliest person.I had to push for the bungalow I had booked because they tried to get me a less value one (twice!!) Overall ok but not memorable

I had FOUR different bookings because they won’t let me book two rooms at the rate they appear. As they were speculating with fool look party, they wanted to keep rooms available to overcharge last minute.

Went back after all this time and they now have a swimming pool! Lovely beach , dead quiet
Didn’t stayed , we walked and then got a taxi back up the hideous track down. You can get a boat to this beach - hasn’t changed much in 28 years really.

We had an amazing 2 nights staying here. We had a bungalow on the beach front and loved it. The room & bathroom was clean and spacious, and it was lovely listening to the wildlife and waves at night!

Coming on a day trip for half a day on this little piece of beach... we ended up at the restaurant of this resort to eat there and spend the day. Swimming pool as beautiful as it is dirty (cloudy and green water), staff very little invested and aggressive, the hotelier present insulted us as if we were criminals barely one foot placed on the steps of the stairs of the swimming pool (paying: 200 tbh per person including child) while we were customers of the restaurant. No tact, meal served cold, in disorder and without any flavor.Their lack of sympathy spoils all the beauty of the place

They stole our money!
They charged us twice for the accommodation. We paid cash on arrival but they also deducted the money from my card. Multiple messages that they either ignored or refused to look at their records and never gave our money back.

RUN AWAY ! The hotel notifies you the day before arrival of information on how to get to the accommodation: road impassable by scooter, car or on foot, only by 4x4 with their taxi service.Exorbitant price!!! 300 baht/person/way !!!! It's too expensive ! Just imagine the amount to go out and in 2x a day...I absolutely do not agree with this, taking customers off their damaged road should be free!!!!!!Refusal to refund and lack of respect. Stealing their customer's money

Actually never made it the property. Upon arriving in phangan, I was informed that I would have to take another boat to access the resort. I decided that it wasn't convenient enough so I stayed at a more convenientI location. Heard the beach is really nice.

Special mention for the hotel environment! If you want to be isolated in nature facing a heavenly beach this is the perfect place! Tranquility, rest, magnificent landscape, meditation, relaxation, serenity... are the key words for this place.Ideal for families, couples and solo travelers.If you want to discover the island and go out, this is not the ideal place because it is quite out of the way and only a 4×4 can access it. Taxi prices are high through the hotel.The only place accessible by taxi boat is the nearby village (chaloklum). Super nice village

The beach is very nice and that's about it. The location is too remote for me, you are not mobile and when we asked the manager because we checked out early after 2 days, we only received an answer with “let me check” and then no answer. You can only get from the hotel to the parking lot where your moped is parked or you can get a taxi by taking a taxi boat or a 4x4 car. The journey by car takes about 20 minutes and only at certain times. No recommendation for people who want to explore the island and Thai cuisine as the food in the restaurant is not good either.
