The best time of our lives! We spent about a week at Villa Nalinnadda: Nookie and Martin, the owners, welcomed us with a totally free upgrade to our room. The room was awesome, ocean view with private bathtub on the deck.Varied breakfast, to be chosen the day before: needless to say that for an Italian-French woman like me, the croissant with butter and jam was a significant plus. The spa inside the villa was nothing short of spectacular, with qualified staff who made our stay unforgettable.Nookie's kindness in reserving each excursion for us and his advice made this holiday one of the best experiences of my life.Thank you

We stayed at this resort from August 8th to August 13th as a couple. We were welcomed very well by Martin the owner and his wife. We were offered a free upgrade for 2 days but we did not accept because the proposed room was not private enough for us as it was on the ground floor with large windows facing the pool. We therefore opted for the room booked on Booking. The impact you have is that of a beautiful, well-maintained structure but as you experience it you discover some imperfections which are however crucial. I attach photos of everything I say... The first thing we noticed was the absence of the bathroom door and also of an extractor that could help us with the fumes...More precisely the room is an open space with a shower area, the tub on the center of the room, a sink area and a WC area which is placed in a corner of the room with a glass that separates the rooms but there is no door... This lack forced us to go to the balcony when the other he had to go to the bathroom. Furthermore, given that breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning, if the moment of need coincided with the delivery of breakfast we had to wait because if they had knocked we would have all found ourselves in the bathroom together...Another serious shortcoming is the absence of blackout curtains... We noticed that they are missing in almost all the rooms. We posed the problem toOwner who simply stated that "there are those who like and those who don't like the light in the morning" but I think that a 4 star structure should give the possibility to choose whether to sleep in the dark or not like in all the structures where I slept until until now… Another thing, there was only one bedside table and there is nothing to place the suitcase on, we had to open the suitcases on the floor…Another flaw is the proximity to the main road of Koh Samui... The door to our room was located no more than 5 meters from the road so the noise was really high in the room... In conclusion, all the negative things I wrote, while the positive ones are: the kindness of the staff, the goodness of the breakfast, the proximity to the most beautiful beaches of Koh Samui. Overall the resort is beautiful but needs to be renovated because there are also clearly visible leaks on the ceilings for example and internal and external furnishing accessories to be replaced. In conclusion, if you book in advance you will find better options.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Nalinnadda. The hotel is a little older but it gives it a quaint feel. The staff keep it very clean and the accomodations were very comfortable. The bathtub on the balcony was amazing. So nice to take a cool bath with my husband in the evening. Very romantic. The morning breakfast served in the room was delicious. The only con was the lack of bar service. You have to go across the street to seven eleven to purchase and make your own drinks. The restaurant however was very good and also made smoothies. We also loved the spa services. They have a private spa room that you book in advance so if you know you want services on arrival, let them know ahead of time.

The hotel is absolutely charming; just take a look at the stunning pictures. The host was simply incredible, and breakfast was truly fantastic. We felt like royalty, having breakfast delivered right to our bedroom and enjoying a delightful meal outside overlooking the serene sea. It was the best breakfast we've ever had in Thailand and topped many other places we've visited—we travel a lot! Martin, our host, masterfully prepared scones and homemade strawberry jam with amazing clotted cream he made himself—simply unforgettable. Oh, and we can't forget the banana pancakes and all the yummy cakes and tarts. The beach is accessible, though the noise from the road was annoying at times, but you can get used to it after a while."
