Very disappointed with the service Reserve accommodation through the page 4 days before your stay. There are 3 rooms available. Decide to press to reserve and receive the booking document. Ready to transfer money. On the day of arrival, went to contact the counter. The caretaker responded that the room was full. Who did you reserve with? We handed over the documents to them, but they didn't care, confirming that the room was full. The female attendant then followed another man. The man said that the rooms are all full. How did you reserve it? We quickly answered: via the page. I reserved it 4 days ago. I already transferred the money. The man walked in and took the accommodation booking documents and said that there was one person who had reserved and had one printed from the mail and another person had made a reservation. which didn't have our name....and then used us to find another place. Said that everywhere else was full, there might be vacancies and said the price was 1,000-2,000 ฿. Repeatedly said the price. How much are we ready to pay? Then inform us to request a refund. Say: Can you request a refund? Can I request a refund repeatedly? We responded that requesting a refund was not an issue. The question is, where are we going to stay now? Then the housekeeper suggested that I go stay at his house. He lives alone. Did the man add anything to his house? Just bought a comfortable place to live. The man said again that what should I do? It's difficult and gives me a headache, but I don't do anything. And the housekeeper said that he probably didn't dare to sleep. Oh!! It's not true. We reserved the accommodation, we were ready to pay, we had money, acting like we came to ask them to stay for free. Then we said that the room was free at that time, so why is it like this? Then the housekeeper gave us fruit to eat. Who was going to eat it? Then he said that in the system I don't know how to do it. Usually the grandchild makes it. Now that it's full, I've let my grandchild close it for me. But in some apps it cannot be closed. Then walked inside and ignored us at all. Didn't try to help or anything....He walked inside and left us sitting in a daze. We decided to get in the car and set out to call a new place to stay. I really feel very bad. It's a waste of time and you have to pay for a new accommodation that's twice as expensive as before because you didn't book in advance. Requesting a refund was difficult and until now I have not received a refund.
