The room is good and clean. The TV is broken and cannot be viewed for 3 days in total in the building. OK.

The room is very good, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. There is plenty of storage space and enough electrical outlets to plug in your devices. Air conditioning and shower work well. The location is good, a stone's throw from the fishing village and its night market, as well as a beach. It is halfway between the port and the airport. On the other hand, we appreciated the behavior of the staff less. The owner is quite intrusive: when we asked for information, she called a driver to take us there without letting us think about it and she took part in the negotiation against us (she told the driver that we were offering too low a price, even though that don't look at it). The worst was one time when she and her daughter took us by car, they didn't know the route and we had to help them with the GPS, and eventually she dropped us off more than a kilometer from the arrival point because it was a road with a slope and they no longer wanted to move forward (even though we saw several other cars continuing). We paid the same price as the initial price even though we did not arrive at our destination and had to walk in full sun. We would have been better off taking a Grab, he wouldn't have dared to do that. This is why we are lowering our rating.

The rooms are renovated and clean. However, the Motorbike service is very bad. DON'T RENT A MOTORBIKE THERE. The seat of my Motorbike had 5 nails coming out. And they charged me 1000 Baht for it!!! I tried to speak to the boss and they said they dont want me to go repair at a normal Garage and they did not want to lower the price for this small issue. In a Garage it would cost around 100 baht to fix it, but they overcharged me. Its a shame they treat their customers like this... They will try to get money out of you! Again, dont rent a Motorbike there!! And avoid this place!

A rather mediocre place, especially since there are many better ones for this price. The room was spacious, but had vibes of an old motel. The furniture was quite squeaky and there were weird red stains on the wall. The bathroom looked old and there was liquid all over the floor which didn’t dry up even the day after. It was extremely noisy in the room (it is very close to a busy road), and it felt almost like all windows were open.Overall, even though the facilities would suffice if you’re just looking for a room with airco for a night - unless you’re booking last minute, there should be many much better places around.
