It is the second time we go to Koh Lanta and we always stay here, excellent location but the best thing is the care of the family that runs it. We will always return!

Due to the Covid 19 situation, we were looking for a nice bungalow with a kitchen for 1 month as we are self-catering. We looked at bungalow number 3 a week before we moved in and decided to take it because the kitchen had a lot of kitchen materials. We have deposited a deposit of 1000 Bhat. When we moved in it was really dirty. The kitchen and bathroom were completely dirty and the refrigerator smelled extremely bad. All important cooking equipment was gone. We asked every day when we would get the kitchen appliances. After a week we got almost everything. The sandwich maker was broken and only dirt came out of the kettle. The service was just bad. Due to our dissatisfaction, we decided to only stay for 10 days. We should get our deposit back one day before departure. Unfortunately, none of the owners were in the house. The owners were in Krabi. She didn't give us a meaningful answer via Facebook about how we can get the money back. On our departure day at 6 a.m. we got the money back from a strange man. Unfortunately there was still no response from the owners until then. If we hadn't been so persistent, we wouldn't have gotten the 1000 Bhat back. The WiFi was also really bad and it occasionally smelled of manure in the room and outside area.

The cottage was very comfortable and huge. Had a terrace on the front and back with a seperate kitchenette. Do recommend an A/C room as it gets very sticky and hot as we experienced on our first 2 nights before upgrading to A/C. 2 min walk to relax beach and plenty restaurants within walking distance towards Phra Ae. Reasonably priced too for the location and room.

Traveled Asia for months and without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Clean, big and modern. So close to the beach and arranged scooter hire. Was only meant to stay 2 nights ended up starting 9! Great location, great room, everything was good.

This place was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious and ours included a fridge , a/c and a seating area for low price compared to others in the area. The owners are very nice, and the location is great. Only a 3 minute walk to Relax Bay Beach for nice swimming and beautiful sunsets. Many restaurants along that beach as well. There are also many good restaurants nearby on the main road, as well as at the hotel itself. Also, the best part for us, only a 7 minute walk to Lanta Animal Welfare center to walk the dogs and visit the cats! We liked it so much, we extended our stay twice.
