The service and customer orientation barely deserve 3 stars. The reception staff is incompetent. Our check-in process took about an hour, from around 12 to 1 PM. After being kept waiting for unclear reasons for an entire hour, when everything could have been done in 10 minutes like in most well-organized hotels, we were told to sit down again, only to be informed that we could only check in at 2 PM.The air conditioning in the room (which was new, beautiful, and nicely renovated) barely worked and didn’t cool the room at all. The staff barely speaks any English, and in the restaurant, they don’t seem to understand simple requests, such as not touching customers or what “Give us a few minutes” means.The fun pool has no music, and the bartender at the pool bar is almost never present. No one ever came to ask us if we needed anything while lounging by the sunbeds.On the positive side, the hotel’s grounds are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the surroundings.

The best hotel we stayed in during the entire trip, mainly because of someone named Nora, an amazing person, the dedicated hotel manager who takes care of everything and leaves nothing to chance, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel immensely thanks to her, I highly recommend it to everyone, only Sai Pay Pay

They say it is the best on the island but the service is terrible and so is the quality of the premises. In my opinion, if you don't want to ruin your part of the trip by being locked up on the other side of the island with a pitiful service and all at a very high price for what they offer, you better change your destination.

I do not recommend the transfer service with the hotel if you go during the rainy season.Very poor on their part.They give few options to help you and they make you dizzy more than they help you. You are not calm until you arrive when you have contracted a service that is very expensive.On the other hand, the hotel is fine, the restaurants are a little expensive but nothing excessive. You eat well in all of them.The room is very correct and having an app is quite convenient.The beach is quite clean and the pools are also very well maintained.

Best massage ever had. The spa is a great. The pool and beach is great. The staff are all really friendly. Highly recommend this place if want to relax in resort for whole trip. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was great too. Buggy driving us everywhere was helpful also.

A 5* hotel but personally it is not worth more than 4*.The pool closes at 6 in the afternoon, very early and the beach seems very idyllic but you can't swim because it doesn't have a good bathroom because it's muddy.The best and only good thing about the hotel is breakfast, as well as lunches and dinners, which are somewhat high in price.You can only get to the hotel by boat and we had to wait hours for a ride from Tonsay. The hotel picks you up but at a very high price.It seems very strong to me that a 5* hotel does not have that free service.We have been to several that did have it.

We had an amazing and relaxing time with Yo and Nok during the lovers caress treatment at the Spa. The 2.5 hour session really relaxed the body and was the cherry on the top while staying at SAII Phi Phi Island resort.

I'm not convinced this is a 5 star property. Sure, maybe in relation to others on phiphi, but definitely not in relation to 5 star standards across thailand. They charge almost double for a waterfront room, but don't tell their guests that low tide is REALLY low infront of their property and may last the entire day -- and then the view from your really expensive room is mostly rocks. Other properties on the island don't have such low tide issues depending on the location.Regardless, it's a travel advisory that should be issued to guests. Or book their freaking basic room and save moneyService was average.No notification given to us about leaving the property to visit tonsai in the evening -- you can't. And if it's low tide you'll have to trudge in water to get to a privately hired boat. They won't provide their small boats to take you to your private boat I don't know why.Anyway, out of all the similarly priced hotels I stayed at in thailand, this was the worst.Felt like they purposely keep information from their guests which honestly left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.
