Great place to stay on phi phi, views are amazing from the balcony. You have to trek up a some stairs to get there however. Not a huge deal. Unless you’re asthmatic. Clean and tidy rooms. Only thing was the mattress definitely needs renewed. I have quite bad back pain so I need a nice mattress. But it’s cheap so I can’t expect the ritz🤪🫣Kind lady at reception. Right next to the viewpoint and laundry place.

Its location is far away, and you have to go up the stairs with a lot of effort, but the view is excellent, but if you are one of those who like to go out a lot, I advise you to take it if you want to sit all day without going out, because in the rainy weather it will be difficult to climb the stairs, and its price is excellent.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. When you arrive someone will help you move your bags from the port to the hotel, all the staff are really friendly and the air con was exceptional. The hotel is 15 min walk from the port and 5/10 min from the busy area, this is good at night as the music isn't too loud.We paid a little more for a sea view and it was definitely worth it, the view was absolutely amazing (photo of the view below).Marked down 1 star as the rooms are very basic and needed a little bit of general maintenance. The shower didn't have warm water, however this was good as it was so hot.Overall would definitely stay here again the staff were great and the views were incredible!FYI - the stairs can be a bit of a challenge depending where your room is.

This hotel is under new ownership and is a huge hazard, first off the stairs leading up to the hotel it’s about 25 minutes up hill with snakes and spiders everywhere they had someone fall recently and break their ankle.the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work they say it does, but it doesn’t it’s a sauna in the roomThe room itself is filthy we had about 15 cockroaches in the room and a snake in the bathroom it really was scaryThe last night the toilet stopped working and began to over flow in the whole hotel so many guests checked out early because of the smellDo not book this hotel trust me not a good idea and not safe especially the stairs

Great hotel at an affordable price!) Gorgeous views from the room, powerful air conditioning and friendly staff. The only thing you have to deal with is the stairs. It will help you burn extra calories and keep you in great shape!)
