Had a great stay here in April. Rooms are big and spacious and having the kitchen is great. Staff were helpful to arrange a scooter but otherwise not intrusive.Really enjoyed the calm and would stay here again.

I love this place and lived here twice in 2020. Despite the abandonment of the place, I still love it and the houses are very cool in style... although it’s very sad that the hotel is really abandoned. And there is no feeling of security. This time this year the prices are so overpriced for me. On the phone they said the price was 20 thousand baht per month for a small house, in person they said 30 thousand, and the manager is very unfriendly. I chatted away... unfortunately now I feel that the Thais have become ruder and more calculating, money is money... they don’t value tourists

Never stay here the manager is moody and the rooms are old and poorly cleaned dust all over the windows dirty sofas, aircons barely work many lights were not working when I arrived and they charge you so much for electrics I originally negotiated a set price that was meant to include electrics and water but then once I paid my deposit they said I had to pay electrics and my deposit was non refundable worst experience booking a room in Thailand I’ve ever had DO NOT STAY HERE THANK ME LATER

Good price/quality ratio hotel. For €30 a night it is very good, the bungalows are large, the bed is very comfortable. The attention is very friendly, as we arrived early and there was no room available we left our things at reception and when we returned we already had our suitcases in the room.We also rent a motorcycle for €5 a day and they do not ask for a deposit or leave your passport like in other places.The only negative thing I see is that, if you don't have a motorcycle or car, the location is not the best since you have to walk 15 minutes to find an area with options for eating or shopping, even for the beach since the one here in front It is very dirty and I do not recommend bathing.It is true that being close to the main road it is a little noisy, but I have had no problems sleeping at night.

Hotel on the edge of a busy road. Very unpleasant boss. The breakfast is not a buffet and it is really not great. Watering the garden with water from the laundry which gives the outside air a sewer smell. Lots of mosquitoes due to the outdoor pools.

Lifeless hotel! Crossed by a road and at the side of the road! unbearable noise with so much traffic!Hotel not maintained (dirty toilets, without papers without soap stagnant urine)No bar no restaurantYou have to negotiate so that breakfast is served in an abandoned place called the old restaurant of the hotel (dusty, disused desert and invaded by mosquitoes)A la carte breakfast, no buffet, you have to ask for fruit if not available, coffee no more, no dairy products and limited choice!Clean rooms but that's the only positive point because given the noise it's impossible to sleep and I'm not talking about the smell of the lingerie that it dumps in front of the bungalow (nauseating dirty water) I don't understand how a hotel like this can be worthy of still being open!And honestly what a shame to leave waste all over the garden

Hotel and bungalows very nice, also pool, but unfortunately dirty beach... Apparently because of the weather, although Lamai beach, which is 10 minutes away by taxi, is quite clean... I wouldn't go there anymore because of the beach... very dirty

We love this place. When visiting Koh Samui we always stop here.The bungalows require renovation. High humidity causes fungus on the walls; air filters in air conditioners need to be replaced.Some bungalows have already undergone renovation, the rest will have their turn
