Top stay!The room is spacious, the family that runs Andawa was very attentive and the location is ideal with a scooter that we can rent from them for a great price.I recommend with my eyes closed!!

For me as an athlete, the location of the gym was crucial.Furthermore, the small resort is family-run and lovingly run and has been extended for the second time.It is simply a small oasis of well-being with a pool. The residential units are very well maintained and the breakfast is excellent and is always prepared upon request.So I'll definitely come back. I've always been in a superficial luxury resort... No, there's something special here. At Andawa, hospitality isn't faked... it's lived.

My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights here, we booked this 4 months in advance as we are travelling through Thailand and wanted to be organised.Less than 12 hours before we were due to check in, we receive an email saying they cannot have us as they have overbooked.Please be mindful of this when booking to stay here, they have to other guests and may to you cancel your booking at the very last minute.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!When we arrived we were told the hotel is full and they were overbooked. We were moved to 'sister' resort for 1 night who then tried to charge us again (at a cheaper rate as well for the night, meaning we were overcharged)We were moved to Andawa the next day and saw another couple who got told the same thing! Except reception couldn't offer them an alternative place to stay and told them 'goodluck, find a new hotel'. They also refused to give them a refund after they had already prepaid online.Book this place at your own risk.Ps. They also rented us a scooter that broke down the next day. Barely managed to get it back to the hotel. Zero remorse when asking for it to be changed.

Great little guesthouse with a lovely family.The pool and garden were beautiful and the rooms well taken care of.It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach that passes by some yummy cafes or an easy motorbike ride away.Thanks for the wonderful hospitality

Amazing spot to stay, friendly staff as well. Would recommend renting a motorbike for travelling which they supply, that unlocks a lot of freedom and is quite cheap. I'm not sure what other reviews expected, great price for what you get. Staff was extremely friendly and was the best stay so far :)

As Salam-u Alaykoum !Andawa team was very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is very good with activities, restaurants, laundry, mosque, sunset and monkeys on the road.By walking elephant sanctuary at 500 meter.Muay thai lessons at 100 meter.We recommand.Thank you very much.Moroccan couple Mathis & Yosra.

Bad points: they need to improve the quality of the cleanness in the rooms, rooms are nice but a lot of dust around.You need transport to go and come back from the apartment to the center cuz is far away to walk.Good points:Nice pool but was to dirty.The rooms are nice, the aircon works well, have fridge and water bottles.The lady of the front desk is sweet and always open to help :)However, the place was pretty ok, I would come back.

The room design is old, and some of the equipment inside are no longer useful. The safe cannot be used, the cleaning of the room is not good, and the Wi-Fi is intermittent, which is driving people crazy. The lady boss is nice, and the price for a one-day trip is not high, but the room is really not good.

I have been traveling for more than a month and have stayed in many hotels. This is the worst one. I read good reviews online and booked this hotel. As soon as I entered the garden, it was amazing. Beautiful design + swimming pool. It was really good, but... When I entered the room, I was super disappointed. It was very different from the photos on the Internet. The platform was made of cement and there were many small ants. It was normal to be bitten. The bath towel was still a little wet when I opened it. The bath towel was not changed every time I cleaned it. It was thick every day. The smell of pesticides makes me feel uncomfortable. There is only a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom, no shower gel or toothbrush. When taking a shower, water comes out from the shower head together with the shower head. There is no way to control it. The drain head of the sink is extremely dirty. There are spider silk on the bathroom. , bugs, but not clean, even the safe in the room has no key to use, the key point is that the wifi is terrible, often disconnected, the whole feeling is very bad, the same price, the quality of stay in Ao Nang Beach is great, But the price of the hotel is reasonable, which is very good. I will definitely not choose this place again next time.

Very nice little resort! Nice pool and lovely hosts! Moped can be rented on site, we got a brand new one! We really liked it here, small but nice at a great price!

Stayed a few nights at the Andawa Lanta Resort. Very nice and clean stay. The swimming pool is the perfect temperature, so you can still swim in the evening. The room is very clean and you even have Spotify on the TV! You can also easily rent a scooter. But otherwise you have a 7/11 at a 10-minute walk. You can also reach the beach within 12 minutes.
