I had a great stay at Sleep Easy in Krabi town! The place is conveniently located to anything you might need, such as the towns many cute caffees and markets. Mark is also a wonderful host and can help you with everything from travel planning, taxis and great restaurant reccomandations both for this town and others.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Sleepeasy in Krabi Town. Mark is lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Mark and his family are also incredible cooks and take pride in the quality of their food and the products they use. The room was great, AC worked well and was nice and quiet. We would stay here again :)

We ate at the restaurant on the first floor!Owner? He was a good person and the food was delicious.I definitely want to try the sandwich next!I thought so and passed by it a few times, but it wasn't good.I wasn't sure if it was open or not so I passed by 😂

We did not stay at the guesthouse, we only stopped to eat something at noon. We were almost alone in the restaurant and we both picked the ragu sauce with pasta. It was honestly the best european food that we tried so far in our thailand trip.We also have had a chance to discuss with the couple who handle the restaurant and guesthouse, and it was a really nice moment. Some advices for our trip, some anecdotes, we stay one hour more than expected and we do not regret it!Thank you again for your welcome.

I can only comment on the food. I got a very nice ciabatta with mozarella and tomato here. Not cheap because it's all imported, but it was super good. If you crave nice Italian food, come here.

I only ate there so I don't know about the rooms. But the Food is awesome!!! Authentic Italian and pride in all that they serve. Great people that took time to chat and inform...I enjoyed my dinner there....one of the best I've eaten in 4 months in Thailand. Home made pasta and sauces. I recommend!

The pasta was pretty good, but at practically 300 bhat for a white pasta with rigatoni and bacon, thats phuket prices, not Krabi town prices. The pasta here is about 25-35% more expensive than it should be even when taken into account they use italian ingredients (but do they really use 100% Italian ingrwdients?) I was given no parmesan cheese on the side, no olive oil, no side of bread with olive oil while I waited close to 45 minutes for a pasta when there was only three other people in rhe restaurant. I was sitting at the table and they couldn't even bring me some bread and olive oil. The pasta was good don't get me wrong, but practically (300 bhat) $9-10 USD for a single pasta is a bit high. I can go get excellent pasta near my house in USA for $15-25 USD for a dish so paying $10 usd in Thailand where labor, utility costs, rent, taxes, food costs, insurance, etc. are all exponentially lower for businesses than in the US or Canada, the numbers don't add up. In Phuket, I could see paying 300 bhat, but not in Krabi town. The restaurant was hardly busy, I shouldn't be covering their overhead and food costs for the entire day just from one table.Response to owners: ok, maybe I was wrong about the bacon, I'm not an expert on Italian food and its ingredients. What I will conclude is that like I said before, I find it hard to believe that your operating costs are anywhere near the level of a restaurant serving Italian food in Philly or Washington, DC so then why is your pasta half the price of an Italian pasta costing $17-25 in a non fancy or exclusive restaurant in philly or DC. Maybe you don't have a high turnover or get a lot of customers like the restaurant in Philadelphia or DC, but me and other patrons are not trying to pay your entire electricity, taxes, food costs and labor costs from just one table on a single night. Good luck to your restaurant. I'm just totally bewildered how your pasta is so expensive. This is Thailand, not Rome, Paris, Philly or DC. Your operating and food costs are a fraction of a restaurant in the US, Italy etc.

This review only concerns the hotel and absolutely does not concern the restaurant which we did not frequent.Hotel to absolutely avoid!We already pay upon arrival, which is surprising compared to the other guesthouses we have visited in Thailand.We took 2 rooms. They were tiny, very hot (>30°C), without any windows to create the slightest draft or provide the slightest ray of natural light.One room had air conditioning, the other just a fan.One WC shared per floor of the hotel and one shower. Everything is done to the economy and to the detriment of the traveler.5 minutes after having the keys to the rooms we wanted to leave this place to find somewhere else but the manager refused to reimburse us for the first 2 nights because of the shortfall.For 4 or 5€ more you walk 5 minutes and find larger, air-conditioned rooms with windows, WC and shower.To avoid losing too much money we still decided to spend one night out of the two paid: hellish. A stifling heat forcing us to spend the night under the fan. We didn't sleep.Sleep seller, run away!

Good hostel, but needs some updates and renovations.The beds are super comfy, the rooms are big and have AC.Sadly I didn’t have a socket next to my bed and there was only a big light, not a small one like usual.No curtains but that was ok in the 4-bed dorm.Lockers to keep your stuff safe.The bathroom was ok but pretty old or used.The location was in Krabi town, not near the ao nang beach, the main tourist area.I had a bike so that was ok for me but 30mins drive one wayNext time would stay nearer to the Ao Nang are

We've been to the restaurant a couple of times and were delighted! Delicious! Incredible😋 Definitely worth a visit 👍🏼 I didn’t have time to take any other photos because we ate everything instantly 🤤

Excellent food and coffee! I went there as I was walking by and saw the excellent selection of Italian foods, cheeses, hams etc. The owner Mark is very passionate about Italian food and takes pride in the dishes he cooks, ensuring that they are cooked to the highest standard! I tried the carbonara which was amongst the best I have ever had (felt like I was back home in Europe). I kept returning to the restaurant because of this. They also helped me organize a bike rental at a trusted rental shop just a few minutes walk from the property, and they can also assist you with booking tours in and around Krabi town area. Highly recommended, thanks to all the staff for making my time in Krabi town so pleasant.

The chef is a culinary genius. By far the best Carbonara of my life. They use strictly the highest quality ingredients and all of the heart and soul possible. This is not a paid review and I cannot recommend this restaurant more. Google allows 5 stars, this place deserves 20 stars.

We spent 5 nights at Sleep Easy and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The guesthouse has an Italian/Thai restaurant on the ground level that serves the best pasta, bread, and Pad Thai in the country (to my knowledge!). The owners, Marc and his wife were always ready to give suggestions, schedule a tour or taxi, or share great stories. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. The mattresses were a great quality. The thing that set this guesthouse apart were our hosts who made Krabi feel like home. Thank you!
