They gave us the wrong advice, which is why we almost missed the flight and the taxi that we had already paid for also thought he didn't have to wait for the ferry, so we had to take another taxi to Krabi airport, which wasn't free.I can't say anything bad about the hotel but the travel agency is a disaster

The place is well located, hotel set for a 2* so room more or less correct for repairs, bathroom with worms in one and other average cleanliness, but low price and for repairs. But be careful, the air conditioning was noisy and leaking in the room, NO MORE WATER for 2 days and we had to leave the toilets full and we couldn't take a shower. The owner had no solution...so not pleasant in the end, too bad. No problem getting our key deposit back but no discount.

The only highlight of this place its location as it is really in the centre of phi phi-close to everything.The room itself was disaster.Clogged toilet, ac barely working and overall far away from clean. Price is low, however think twice before booking it.

the hotel is to be avoided! The room is not clean ! The bath towels are stained and dirty. No cleaning ladies came during our 3 nights. No bottled water available. And leaving 12 p.m., he wants us to pay the price of one night because the check out was at 11 a.m. !! run away!!!

The bed linen is dirty with holes. The room is one meter by one meter, the bathroom is very small. They said there was no internet. Do you want to pay for it to be closer to the pier? I highly recommend looking for better options.

It is very close to the pier, you can easily carry your luggage. It is in a very touristic place, so the rooms are small and the bathroom is of course small. It has a window. Yes, some water enters the room when you take a bath, but it is at a level that can be cleaned with the provided floor towel. Internet is good.

Simple hotel, old and damaged decoration, small stains on the towels and sheets, but otherwise the essentials are there, air conditioning, fridge, safe, wardrobe, bottle of water every day and above all reasonable price, 6,000 bath 5 nights by booking the same day at reception (outside reception which also sells tickets for the ferry and other boats, etc.)

Great location and spacious room but the bed was hard and gross. Bathroom got wet when you showered. The lady in the front is sweet and helps with tours and tickets.

We were not alone in the room, lots of ants were crawling around. Toothpaste on the faucet in the toilet. A piece of cardboard in the ceiling of the toilet to hide a hole. Very small double bed with zero suspension. We had booked a room with a view, got a view of a place that rents diving equipment. The fridge sounded like a thresher and that there was food left in it from previous guests. The stool in the room was breaking. The door to the toilet could not be closed unless you locked it. There was a gap in the door out into the corridor. Paper-thin walls. No one at the reception after 21 was told what to do if you needed to get hold of someone. Never again! Can't recommend this accommodation to anyone except the ants then.
