It’s the best value for money accommodation!! The host is really friendly, and the accommodation itself is comfortable (clean, no smell). The ventilation is good and there is no noise when you sleep at night, so you can sleep soundly. Additionally, the lighting is good, and the blackout curtains are good, so it's great both during the day and at night!!I recommend it to everyone who comes!!!

I don't understand the reviews about cleanliness, really. Our room was full of cobwebs and their respective spiders. There were also many ants in the morning. I understand that the hotel is surrounded by nature and that it is normal for certain insects to appear, but those cobwebs were not from a few days... Also, the refrigerator (unplugged) was full of bugs and smelled very bad as if something had rotted inside . We also didn't have hot water and it wasn't a problem of not knowing how to use it.20 minutes from the night market, with its pros (very quiet) and cons (no one passes after 10:00 p.m., although you can take a Grab).The ladies who serve you are wonderful, there is no doubt about that. The sheets and towels were very clean.We would not stay here again unless they improved the cleanliness a lot.

Friendly and welcoming owners, but the room was not prepared. The soap bottle was empty and the shower would run very little water. I asked for an extra soap and the owner gave me a used soap. I recommend the guesthouse across from this one - looks much more presentable.

Excellent place, we loved it when we arrived, the owner is a very lovely and kind lady. The room was very big, super clean, got shower and the mattress was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The location is good, you have some restaurants close by. The center is 15 or 20 minutes walking. Or you can rent a scooter for 300 bath at the hotel and explore all the city. ( Any way you will need one of you are interested in the white Temple and other attractions because they are out of the city center. )

Great helpful owner that speaks very good English. The rooms are cosy and clean. Super nice and quiet location with a craft beer garden nearby. Will come here again for sure!

Great Apartment Building that does also daily rental. At 380 baht during the rainy season this is an awesome deal! The owner speaks great english too! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the room was not well lit (no natural light) and the wifi slow (but working perfectly).

The owner takes very good care of him, is friendly and gives good advice. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and had a water heater. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioner with wardrobe, mini safe, fully furnished, big bed, clean. The owner is kind enough to lower the price as well.Next time, if I come again, I will come to stay.

This place was very nice, clean and they took great care of us! I stayed here with a group of friends and they catered to our American taste for breakfast and the beds were much softer than other places we’ve been! I would definitely recommend this place. The lady who runs it is so nice, too.
