Our stay at Visama was wonderful. The location is truly stunning. The tents are beautiful, incredibly spacious and luxurious, with great beds and bathroom facilities. The staff were amazing throughout - very welcoming and attentive. A perfect place for a memorable and relaxing retreat!

What an amazing experience we had. Food was excellent, and the menu had a variety of things to choose from. The staff was very, very friendly, and very very helpful. We really got to connect with nature and really enjoyed the peace and serenity of the nature in our luxury tent.

Discovered this hidden gem during my trip in chiang rai. When we first got there, was actually kind of pleasantly surprised. The compound is surrounded by this lush landscape of beautiful trees and hills, not like the overly-manicured scenes you might see at some of these so-called eco lodges. The lodges and amenities are also spread out over the area so you have to take a buggy frm one spot to another, like a safari lol.Yet when we got to our tented lodge it's all the comfort and luxury of a 5-star hotel promised on their website. Kind of like going camping and getting all the best bits like nature without the dirty/uncomfy parts. Only pity is it's in Chiang Rai which was a little out of the way. Maybe that's why we didn't see many other guests around. But not complaining cos it felt like we almost got the whole place to ourselves.Restaurant in there was pretty high end too. Had a taste of northern Thai food, which was quite similar to the usual Thai food, but everything seems more herbal, fresher. Pomelo and prawn dish was memorable. Super interesting dessert also, this spongey, airy and moist cake, easy on the stomach after a hearty meal.Staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. Before the trip, we weren't too sure what to expect because didn't see much pictures or reviews other than those from the website but it definitely turned out better than expected.

Stopped by to see a new hotel in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai. Enter deep from the main road. Cozy design, nice to live in, with privacy and quiet. Rooms are tent style South Africa.

Here is a wonderful place for luxury tented camp! Price is anyone can touch. They have half-board and full-board, Chef on the table, there is an open kitchen that we can enjoyable. For the room is very peaceful and privacy. Also have a swimming pool. Adorable eco lodge in Maechan, Chiangrai Thailand 🇹🇭

Nothing short of superb! Great food, majestic hillside views, air conditioned tents with the most comfortable bed and luxury linens. It’s beautifully furnished and everything is new.
