Nice people, comfortable rooms. Very good location if you want to be in the center of the town. Near a school but the noise is not a factor. Would stay again!

It is a regular place to stay when going to Chiang Rai. Feels warm like sleeping at a friend's house. I like the adaptation of the old kindergarten. There are bedrooms named after grade levels. Such as a kindergarten room, a primary school room, inside the room is very cute, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the equipment is cute and usable. The bathroom was wide. The outer area has areas for viewing the garden. In front is a cute coffee shop, just like the hotel. Delicious coffee, delicious snacks, easy to walk around and find something to eat. The car is not crowded. Calm but not boringThe highlight here is the fat golden pug. Very chubby and adorable. and the cat (who is also fat) from another shop that likes to walk around and greet guests here. Every time I come, I want to see you every time. If I come again, I'll stop by to see you.

Perfect spot for a night rest after motor biking from Chiang Mai. Close to all the attractions and markets, walking distance to everything as we really felt like walking after riding all day. Friendly owners, free water and snacks, parking space for motorbike and a cute chunky pup!

Recommend it. Clean, very good atmosphere. There is a coffee cafe in front of the room, clean, peaceful. The owner is very kind and the young people provide lovely service. The housekeeper also said it was nice, close to tourist attractions, and economical.

This is one place in whole of our journey to Thailand which will remain in our sweet memories forever. Yes it is Baan norm plearn of Chiang Rai. Never thought after Chiang Mai visit this White blue and red temple along with black museum place of this cool, comfortable and cozy place will be so comfortable to stay. Owner Mr Poi and his wife both kept the place nicely enough among nature where birds were singing in morning when myself and wife were having tea sitting in two chairs adjacent to road. An amazing place to relax. The whole ambiance was so refreshing and calm though just inside City and close to many eating joints and tourists attraction the clock tower which changes color dot at 6.00 pm to watch. The staying was good and pleasant with free tea, snacks, few eatables with unlimited tea coffee and cup a noddles. Best part was they have a common fridge, microwave and an OTG and hot and cold water round the clock for the guests.Just remind you, this is not a 4/5 star rating hotel but we personally felt the facilities Mr poi provided is enough what we look for .We stayed for two nights but felt like it was too short because the free cycles he provides could be used by me for once only because we had to leave for Bangkok. It's only 20 minutes drive from airport and 15 minutes from the Red temple and massive statue of mercy and a must visit Lallita caffe.

Recommend to anyone who comes to Chiang Rai and wants to stay somewhere nearby. Tourist attractions, restaurants, 7-11, and cafes. This place really meets your needs. Clean rooms, beautiful design, and the housekeeper and owner are very cute. Give a good welcome There are bicycles and umbrellas to borrow, and a pantry of snacks and instant noodles to eat for free.

The accommodation area is cutely decorated and has a vintage feel, suitable for taking photos. The room is spacious. Very clean because guests must change their shoes before entering the room. There is space to park about 3 cars. Backing out is quite difficult if using a large vehicle. Close to tourist attractions such as Wat Ming Muang. It's a short walk away.
