Quirky and arty, we enjoyed our stay. You can cook your own breakfast, the facilities are great. The rooms are very clean, staff are helpful and the owner is cute! It is very central and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is good, the service is very good. I like that there is a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. Parking is quite narrow. For pickup trucks, it is considered difficult to make a U-turn if the parking space is full. The location is good in the city. Close to amenities Will definitely go back to use the service again.

The accommodation corresponds to the price. The possibility to make coffee and tea was available all day. In the morning, you can have a simple breakfast. There was toasted bread, jam, butter and raw eggs.

I was stayed 2 nights at this place, it’s really cool place. I like so much this place. They have great kitchen for breakfast so you can cook.And they have a automatic coffee machine and you can choose any type of drink.They keep Eggs and Toast for the breakfast in the kitchen.I like Orange Jam for the Toast. But one thing you need to bring or buy toothpaste and toothbrush. Everything is so fantastic I really love this place. It’s close to go the Chiang rai night bazar and close to the bus terminal 1.

This accommodation is located 5-7 minutes from Chiang Rai Bus Terminal. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Saturday Night Market, Sunday Night Market, or Walking Street. We recommend taking a Grab taxi or motorcycle.The bus terminal and night bazaar are close, so it's easy to go for a meal. The location is in an alley, so it's a little scary to walk at night, but it's not dangerous.The resort was reasonably priced and the rooms were very large. Breakfast is not provided, but eggs and bread are provided for free, so you can cook and wash the dishes yourself in the kitchen. Basic sauces are also provided. (Oil, ketchup, salt, sugar, etc.) The kitchen is only open from 6:30 to 11:30 and closed at other times. There is no individual refrigerator in the room, but there is a communal refrigerator, microwave, and water purifier in front of the kitchen. You can also take cookies, sugar, and tea here.Overall, it is a cute and pretty accommodation. The hallway was very pretty when the light came on. The room was nice and big, but it was a bit inconvenient to close the bathroom door. There was a window facing the hallway, but it wasn't soundproofed well, so if someone was eating and talking in the kitchen, you could hear everything. These window curtains must be kept closed at all times.There was a veranda, and there was a hair dryer, bean bag, and hanger, so it was convenient to unpack or place cosmetics. Although it is overall cleanly maintained, it has a strong old feel. I had a very satisfying stay!

Not far from Chiang Rai bus station, no need tuk tuk or taxi. quiet corner with lots of options to eat local food. laundry and tours with Bike Rental right next door.Despite missing the check-in time, we were warmly welcomed and were able to stay in the accommodation for another day without any problems.There is a kitchen that can be used for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Utensils and fresh eggs are provided. Coffee and tea, fresh water and a microwave are always available. You get water delivered to your door every day. Would love to come back here

Really recommend staying here - great location (5 minute walk from the bus station), very clean rooms and great amenities. Also the most comfortable bed in the 6 weeks I’ve been in ThailandThe staff are lovely and really helpful

The experience at this hotel was not good. The first night we found a worm coming from the bathroom (photo attached). The shower tray drain was disgusting (photo attached). And the terrace railing looked like an ant highway (photo attached). The bed was hard. The hotel staff did not interact with the client, some did not even look at us, much less greet us (not common for Thais). The only positive thing was the location of the hotel, and being able to have something to eat in the hotel's shared kitchen, even though breakfast was not included. Non-recommended hotel.

Beautiful establishment. Spacious and bright double room. Equipment (TV, air conditioning, shower, toilets, linen, Wifi, etc.). Big bed. Cleaning is done every day, the room is very clean. The shower and toilet are in the same room, it's a bit narrow. There is a kitchen upstairs. The ladies at reception are professional. Calm neighborhood. Good value for money.

Nice guesthouse, comfortable rooms, equipped with fan and air conditioning, TV and good wifi; the electrical sockets were negative, unsafe and stable, despite having bought an adapter. Self-managed breakfast, in the sense that there is a shared kitchen available where you prepare, independently, eggs, toast with butter and jam, biscuits, bananas, coffee dispenser and at the end, you wash your plates, glasses and cups. For those renting a car, non-existent parking (1 or 2 parking spaces) and narrow entrance, which must be reversed for about 50m.

The rooms are a good size and good value for money at an affordable price. However, there is no soundproofing, so there is a lot of noise from other rooms, and if you smoke in front of the entrance, it smells bad. The location is reasonable and good value for money, but a good night's sleep is determined by who is staying with you at the same time. The location is good. It is close to Terminal 1, close to the market, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.
