A small hotel, but I can't help but feel at ease. The owners are very kind and friendly. Affordable accommodation, good rooms, clean, strong water, cool air conditioning. Plus, there's breakfast provided. It's near the checkpoint, near the market. Anyone passing by and visiting Mae Sai city, I recommend it.But the disadvantage was the day we went to stay. There were Chinese tourists with children. Stayed in the room above us. sound of running around It's quite loud.

The air conditioner was blowing on my head all night and I couldn't adjust the direction. It was very uncomfortable. There are many ants in the room. The trickling water in the bath makes washing very unpleasant. Breakfast was delicious! 790 baht per night.

There is a little cat to welcome you. The room is nice and quiet. Fully furnished with hair dryer, hot water kettle, strong water flow, bed not very soft, blanket fits snugly to sleep on. Breakfast: pork porridge, fried eggs, sausage, bread, tea, drip coffee. About 100 meters from the mouth of the alley, there is a 7-Eleven and in the evening there is a lot of food. The owner is cute and very friendly.

Small accommodation, no elevator, parking in the back, there is someone to take care of it, there is a fence around it, the rooms are comfortable and have all the equipment, a hair dryer.Coffee, kettle, and water in pitchers for boiling (more than 100% of care ..)The owner takes care of it himself. There is a locked iron door behind 10 p.m. Customers can enter and exit, there is a key provided. In the morning, there is the sweet smell of coffee, the owner of the drip himself. Breakfast comes one dish at a time, fresh and hot, consisting of porridge, bread and fried eggs. There is also fruit ❤️❤️There is a cute little garden where cats come to come and look. Went two days before Christmas. The owner had just finished baking some desserts and said they were to surprise customers on Christmas Day. We came first and received the giveaway too.

Small boutique hotel in a great location, very close to the main city market, municipal skywalk and major border crossing. The room was large and comfortable, service was great, and breakfast was excellent… the owner collects coffees from all his travels and brews them in small batches each morning. As good as I have had anywhere.The owner also happens to be a master woodworker and painter and some of his items are for sale in the breakfast room (we bought several). The only drawback is no lift, which can make it tough for the elderly or disabled to reach the upper floors (although there are only 3). Overall we would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Very friendly and communicative host in EnglishThe facilities weren't perfect, but they were clean, the space was quite spacious, and the breakfast was decent. I had planned to stay for 2 nights with Tachilek and the Golden Triangle as the main points, but the Myanmar border was closed 3 months ago, and since you are the only one going to the Golden Triangle, you have to pay 500 baht one way. It is difficult to see foreign tourists. At the moment of despair, the host appeared as a relief pitcher and guided us to the ancient temples and Golden Triangle in the Chiang Saen area for about half a day in his own car at a reasonable price. If you don't have a suitable place to stay in Mesai, I recommend this place and make good use of the owner. You will get quite a lot of help.
