Great place , located in the center of the market , close to all the main spots in the city .The rooms are great, big , clean and comfortable.The bed is also super comfy.The staff is amazing, kind and always there to help and support at any time .Thank you 🙏 ♥️

A nice little place with amazing owners, in a very central location to tons of stuff within 10 minute walk. Saturday night walking street is only a few hundred feet away! Next time I come it will have to be stay for a few weeks!

We booked a room for a few days following the reviews, we arrived with expectations and the reality hit us in the face, starting with the shocking reception room more like an old stall and ending with the small and depressing hotel room, there was no hesitation immediately we left even for the price of the first night

This was the first time in my life we have left a hotel 5 minutes after seeing the room because of our negative general impression of the place, not even minding to pay for this first night.The thought of spending 4 nights there seemed depressing.I did not even photograph inside, just wished to leave and to look for an alternative..On most of our trips we prefer budget hotels but there has to be some positive vibe.We cannot understand the positve reviews at all. I wonder, maybe other people got better larger rooms with views,in another building,entering without getting through massage rooms with beds, first?Those are the reasons for cancelling, after paying the fee for one night:1) The entrance of our building is through a massage bed room which looks very uninviting.2) The entrance of the place with its tiny reception, was that of a old, worn out hostel, the cut out coloured round paperdots sticked on the wall,probably as an efford for some minimal deco did not help.The receptionist,a elderly man, looked tired and sad, no welcoming smile at all.3) One has to climb up many stairs in a white empty narrow stairways until one reaches the room and one has to leave shoes out of the building in lockers.4) The room with an ugly view on a close building, looked very clean, but was very small, lacked any decoration, had empty walls, with the hardest bed we saw in thailand.5) Guests have to inform the hotel of the exact time of breakfast and to choose one of some options.It is not possible that a couple choses different options the same breakfast.To be fair, I cannot judge the breakfast,for we did not stay, maybe it is good.I hope I did not understand the receptionist well,when he said that the breakfast was supposed to be served at the few little tables in the same reception room...All in one, the most uninviting hotel I have seen in 3 visits of Thailand. Looks like a hostel and not like a hotel and different than on the photos published. The rates are high in comparison for what you get. We switched to another central hotel in the same price category with a pool and it was more than satisfying.Unfortunatly I cannot recommend this accomodation at all.

Small hotel opposite the park. Excellent location, lots of greenery nearby. Comfortable bed, air conditioning works well

Very impressed, met the service staff 3 times, 3 people, everyone was smiling and cheerful. Excellent service, very impressed. There will definitely be a chance to come again. Also next to Chiang Rai Walking Street.

Not really recommended for this price. Too expensive for this kind of room. The shower head is broken, there's a lot of mold in the bathroom, all the towels have dirty spots. I don't know where this rating came from
