Great location! Once you're inside, it feels like you're walking into a jungle. Rooms clean and plenty of choice at breakfast.

It is comfortable and adequate in general, the bed is good, comfortable. On the other hand, it is true, as others say, that there is a lack of atmosphere, even a little music in the pool area. The breakfast is quite good, the cleanliness too. The staff needs to learn how to serve, they are generally helpful, but a bit dry and don't even bother to say good morning. And finally the noise of the employees, they start passing the go-kart from 8 o'clock next to your door, but I see that it happens a lot, e.g. Asian hotels, they do not take sleep into account.

The school has been open for a long time, still in good condition, mattresses, spacious rooms, convenient parking, near the old airport. There are many restaurants and 7/11.

Fantastic, Quiet and familiar. We stayed 4 nights with 4 children. 3 bungalows. Excellent treatment, clean, large and comfortable beds, very nice pool and garden. Very complete breakfast. Phenomenal.

What a fantastic resort!In the middle of Chiang Rai, but once you pass through the lobby you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. Beautifully landscaped jungle garden and a great swimming pool. The rooms are large, good bed and wonderful shower. The air conditioning in the room works fine.The breakfast is also fine.

Fantastic hotel. The lobby is amazing, and the rooms are huge, with a gigantic bed. The garden is very cool, and the pool is great. The buffet breakfast has practically everything and it is a nice touch that they make you scrambled eggs or an omelet on the spot. To give it some but, like almost all the hotels I have been to in Thailand, it always lacks a little to be completely clean; And in the end, with the vegetation that it consumes, it is easy for a mosquito to sneak in at night.On the other hand, it is true that it is not central, but you are 20 minutes walk from the night market and 24 from the clock roundabout, so it is not far either.Perhaps the food is more expensive, but in the end this happens in any hotel, and the portions are quite generous in any case.To return without a doubt

Well maintained property on the edge of central Chiang Rai. Rooms comfortable and spacious, though not “bungalows” as advertised. Pool nice but buggy during my stay, only used it once over three days. Breakfast typical for Thailand with an egg station and buffet selection with local and Western options. Twenty minute walk to the night market, bus station, or Grab readily available. 7-11 a few dozen metres away.One star off for the idiotic Wifi system. Individual passwords for each device which have to be entered every few minutes - impossible to have an uninterrupted video call, even just booking my next hotel stay required two sign ons within under five minutes.
