The rooms are what they are, nothing special. It's only for sleeping, right!? It did have AC, which was a plus. Though the view was amazing, I was facing the ocean and OMG! There is a bar downstairs, so expect music till late. The view made up for everything. Great value.

It is definitely not a family hotel. Not if you are a traditional family, they have trance music (personally I love it) and psychedelic lights, the rooms have a refrigerator and TV, it is super clean and the service was excellent...

Bugs everywhere!! There are fleas or even possibly bed bugs crawling across my bed. There are gnats buzzing all around the room constantly and spider webs in the most easy to clean spots. This place obviously does not clean their rooms properly and now I have to rearrange everything to ensure I don’t bring fleas/bed bugs to my next accommodation. I wanted a moment to rest in a nice hotel and now I’ve been the most restless of my entire trip. I do not recommend, will not return!!

I read the reviews before booking and saw mentions of the noise from the bars on the beach, I didn't realize the bars were basically nightclubs and that they were directly next door. The music was absolutely pounding and thankfully ended at 2am. I just left here and booked in somewhere else after the first night. The rooms were clean but definitely basic. The corridors were pretty messy with bits of rubbish around. It's fine if you really want to travel on a budget and can sleep through anything.

I stayed two nights on Phi Phi Island, which I took a ferry from Phuket. The location is decent enough to get to from the pier, but you can hear music at night until 2-3 in the morning. I made a reservation through Agoda, but they assigned me a room with a very disappointing view.The Phi Phi Observatory and the beach promenade are close by.

Nice dorms, but no curtains for the top bunks. Great staff and super chill vibe, perfectly located to enjoy the party at the beach but still catch some sleep.

The floor wasn't cleaned at all. No bag drop service.Bed hard. The best advantage is that it has an ocean view and a bar on the first floor.

Beautiful beach bar where you can smoke. Authentic relaxation. The rooms have a nice sea view. Prices are a little high (maybe because we are beachfront). The spring rolls are very good as are the smoothies and cocktails.

The boss is very warm and friendly and can help with any travel questions. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. It would be better if there is a hairdryer ~ The sound of music outside is expected ~ If you are very afraid of noise, it is not suitable, but this is Phiphi🥰🥰🥰The boss’s name is KOR, you can dial +66Contact him at 96-646-5557 and you can go to the pier to pick up your luggage and take you to your accommodation (it takes 10-15 minutes to walk)

Great location, nice owner-managedAccommodation.The Green House is located right on the water and invites you to relax. The communication worked great. Our luggage was picked up at the pier promptly upon arrival and brought to the room.The hotel has a bar downstairs with a great view of the sun rising and setting.Our room was on the first floor and simply furnished. Water was always refilled - people always asked when and if we needed cleaning.It is very loud at night, but that's not the fault of the hotel, but rather the area where you decide to book yourself.

You get what you pay for, but I wish I had known the pipes are so bad that flushing toilet paper is discouraged. I talked to some other people and I guess that's a common occurrence on the island... Rain flooded my room but the staff quickly cleaned that up so I appreciated that... Noisy at night since it's right next to a bar,
