Lada Krabi Residence Hotel is a budget hotel. However, with this in mind, it offers excellent value for money. It is relatively centrally located, clean, comfortable and they have friendly staff. My wife and I were staying just one night before transferring to Ko Lanta.PS: their in-house massages are fantastic!

We really liked it here!! The room was amazing, good size, very clean, free water as much as you like, working TV, table to work remote and very friendly and helpful staff!! Laundry was done within 6 hours as we only stayed one night:) surprisingly good :) thank you!!

Great location, very friendly service. The rooms were okay, clean, but in my opinion, a bit overpriced with 850B for superior room. I think it's maybe better to book directly at the hotel and not with booking app.
So my stay was good in general but I would try another place next time.

Nothing good to write about this property. We booked after seeing good reviews which are all FAKE.The Receptionist was very rude. she was all interested in Selling us the tour Package. I would recommend not to buy any tour Package from the Hotel. Instead just walk outside, there are many tour and travel service office out there you can negotiate better pricing with them.The Lifts were not working. we had to carry our own luggage to the rooms on 2nd Floor. The worst part is their Rooms. The Rooms are Very Smalls, Dirty and Air Conditions installed in he rooms are just for show (Air Conditioner not Working at All) At point it was getting dam hot and humid inside the room. We complained to receptionist for which they later moved us to different room but even there it was there it was same problem, The Ac was not working at all. The Night manager did all the trial and testing with AC but no success and later said there is no AC technician available in the Night. He arranged a table fan for us but this is not something we paid for. Whole night we just couldn't sleep.Location is decent. Krabi Night Market is withing walking distance.Emerald Pool is 56KM from the Hotel.Ferry Port to Phi Phi is with 15 Min Distance.7-Eleven is within 2 Minutes Walking Distance.Negative:All Good/Positive Reviews are FAKE.Air Conditioner are Not Working.Receptionist was very Rude.Small and Dirty Rooms.AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.

This is the perfect place to stay in Krabi Town. Spacious clean room with great shower, friendly staff, and perfect location very near everything we wanted to see and do. We were close to the river, food markets, night market, and shops. They had onsite laundry service, restaurant for breakfast, and the best massages! We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Lada Krabi Residence.

The hotel boasts a great location with direct access to the night markets. However, the downside was the significant noise transfer between neighboring rooms. Every conversation in the hallway sounded as if it were taking place in the room itself. Despite this issue, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff were always helpful. It’s worth noting that if you want your room cleaned, you MUST hang the cleaning sign outside; otherwise, they won’t clean it automatically.

Prime location in Krabi center. Closed to many night markets, massages, manucure, and cheap food compared to other touristic Thaï cities. This hotel has spacious rooms, clean and bright. Worth your money! Definitely recommend this place to stay in Krabi.
