China’s Little Red Book is the largest fraud organization. Before going to Phi Phi Island, I actually had no great interest in Phi Phi Island. In order to find a quiet place, I saw this place recommended in Xiaohongshu and went there. It was indeed quite remote. There are only four hotels in the entire northern Phi Phi Islands. After getting off the boat, someone did come to pick me up and drove a tractor, which was very unique. After checking in, everything went smoothly, and the water at the door was very clear.Let’s talk about the bad points. Its hardware facilities are actually not good. It’s the kind of cabins where you have to climb very high steps on each floor. But you can choose a more expensive room, but there are no more expensive rooms available that day. provided. The rooms are all in the form of wooden houses. Two rooms form a single wooden house. My sister and I were arranged in two independent houses respectively, which means that there is no one living next to us. Later, I found that there was a connecting door in my sister's room, which could be opened to go to another room. He was a little scared, so I called the front desk and asked if it was convenient for me to be moved to the room next to my sister's. After expressing my gratitude, I hung up the phone. 15 minutes later, my sister told me that someone lived next door. He is a man who talks very loudly. I said do I need to change it? Don't you think it's dangerous? My sister said it would be enough for one night. I think this is very bad. If you don't change, you can tell me instead of deceiving me.The second very uncomfortable thing was that I had a conference call that ended at 12:15 Thai time the next day, so I called the front desk at 11:30 and told him that he could postpone it for 15 Minutes to check out? The person on the other end of the phone readily agreed to continue the meeting. But at 12:00, the guest room phone call came and told me to check out immediately. I said, didn’t I just apply for a 15-minute delay? He said that if you are delayed for more than 15 minutes, you will have to pay 1,000 baht. I immediately felt very uncomfortable, so I immediately packed up my things and checked out.Not wanting to stay for a moment, I immediately booked a long-tail boat and left. This is very not OK.In addition, there are not many shops in the north. Well, things are very expensive, more than 30% more expensive than 711 in Thongsai. Basically, you can only eat in their own restaurants, but the food in their restaurants is still edible and pretty good. Portions are small.### English translation:Xiaohongshu, China's biggest scam organization, suggested that I visit Phi Phi Island, even though I wasn't particularly interested in going there initially. I was seeking a quiet place, and after seeing some recommendations on Xiaohongshu, I found a spot that seemed quite secluded. Indeed, the northern part of Phi Phi Island only has four hotels. Upon arrival, there was a unique experience where someone came to pick us up in a tractor. The check-in process went smoothly, and the water near the entrance was very clear. However, the downside is that the hardware facilities are not great. The accommodations are small wooden huts, and you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach them. There are more expensive rooms available, but they were not available when we arrived. The rooms are in the form of wooden huts, with two rooms forming a detached hut. My sister and I were placed in two separate huts, meaning that there was no one else staying beside us. Later, my sister found that her room had a connecting door, which could lead to the next room. She was a bit scared, so I called the front desk and asked if it was possible to move me to the room next to hers. After expressing gratitude, I hung up. Fifteen minutes later , my sister told me that someone had moved in next door—a man who spoke very loudly. I asked if she wanted to change rooms and if she felt unsafe. She said it was just for one night and she could manage. I found this very disappointing. If they couldn't change our room, they should have told us instead of deceiving us.The second uncomfortable experience was that I had a conference call scheduled the next day that would end at 12:15 PM (Thai time). So at 11:30 AM, I called the front desk and asked if I could check out 15 minutes later . They very promptly agreed, so I continued with my meeting. However, at 12:00 PM, the housekeeping called and asked me to check out immediately. I mentioned that I had requested a 15-minute extension. They replied that if I extended beyond 15 minutes, I would need to pay 1,000 THB. I instantly felt very uncomfortable, so I quickly packed up my things and checked out. I didn't want to stay a moment longer and immediately booked a long-tail boat to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing.Additionally, the northern part of the island has no shops, and the few items available are very expensive, costing over 30% more than at the 7-11 in Thongsai. The only option was to eat at their own restaurant, but the food there was decent, albeit in small portions.

Incredible place, away from tourists, away from the hustle and bustle and perfect for relaxing, that's why shops and restaurants are a bit far away, we were a little doubtful about the excursions but Panda Phuket Tour picked us up right on the beach, highly recommended.

Rooms that are marked as "standard" are poor and require renovation. Everything looks like it was made of paper. Floor creaks when walking, you can hear neighbor snoring. The air condition is pointing directly to your heads when lying in bed. It may cause flu or headache. Very nice surroundings, lots of vegetation, but inconvenient access to the rooms without a ride. Poor food, breakfasts look like they were leftovers from the previous day

Phi Phi natrual is amazing. if you stay here its like being on a remote island with all the luxury's you need. Dont focus on the negative reviews, people have no idea what it takes to run a hotel on a remote island. The tractor is amazing as it saved me and my family from having to walk across the sand with our luggage. it only drives on the sand for 2 minutes twice a day to take passengers.. i dont understand what the complaints are about. The nature and scenery is beautiful and really the star of it all. the room was very comfy and my aircon worked just great.. thank you to the amazing staff.

Attentive staff, well-kept facility but unfortunately the air conditioning isn't great as it's aimed directly at the bed.The hotel is rather unsuitable for beach lovers as it does not have its own section of beach with sand. The pool is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel, the filter system is too loud and sometimes requires maintenance.

The place is amazing. What a wonderful experience....On the quieter side of the island, which was definitely a bonus.Use the recommended speed boat service to avoid exorbitant long tail fees. But best of all.....While my wife and I were sipping cocktails in the resorts private beach, the staff walked the coast and inland picking up plastic that had made its way to the shoreline.Nice to see that some people do care about the environment.

Please note, to come to this hotel, you must take train tickets to land at the North Port (Laemtong Pier), because the center of Ko Phi Phi is located at Tonsai Pier (Tonsai Port). I will advise for people who are looking for the city and do a lot of excursions, to stay at Tonsai Pier as the water taxi services are at specific times and before 8am and after 4pm you have to take a private boat taxi which can cost very expensive (1200 bat for a one way ticket)… so difficult to enjoy the center of Ko Lhi Phi at night if you are at this hotel. However, the hotel is well located for people looking for a lot of tranquility. We saw a magnificent sunset, the hotel arranged the “moment” very well, with benches, rattan chairs, swings… however, the hotel is truly “Natural”: in nature, lots of mosquitoes, possibility of finding some insects in the rooms. Too bad about the reusable flip flops. I don't use them after someone - they have to be individual for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old / it deserves renovation because the environment is magnificent. The Air Conditioning points directly towards the bed. The breakfast is complete - I would have appreciated exotic fruits or fresh squeezed juice. The reception staff could be a little more welcoming and professional. It's really very difficult to communicate with them/don't speak English. For the rooms, I strongly recommend taking a bungalow or a room with a sea or mountain view (we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise) because otherwise, the other hotels nearby offer better services and rooms (Holiday Resort, Zeovela…) – a bit more expensive but worth it.The restaurant is quite expensive for lunch or dinner - it's average - there are better ones on the coast. However, the beach is truly magnificent and heavenly.I would rather advise putting a slightly higher envelope and getting something better value for money. The Ko Phi Phi setting definitely deserves that.
