Next to the mountain, the mountain view is very beautiful, there is a swimming pool, the rooms are good, good value, recommended, most importantly, the water doesn't flood.Receptionist recommends good service

The hotel provided the wrong room originally and we had to move and then the swimming pool was out of use so we couldn’t even use that

We had a marriage retreat there and everything was great except for the shower. They probably need to replace the heaters as our shower fluctuated from hot to cold repeatedly throughout the shower. Friends said theirs did the same thing and one couple said theirs was never warm. The room was clean though and there were few ants. We also appreciated having a refrigerator. The service was fantastic. You do need to be able to speak some Thai though if you get a massage and in communicating with the chef for breakfast. The food was great though and so was the hit cocoa. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely be back.

Go on a weekday and it's like no one is staying. The atmosphere is very quiet, deserted, looks deserted, the resort is quite old and looks worn out. The room we went to stay in had a very narrow bathroom. If a large person Difficulty sitting on the toilet But it's good that the room is quite wide.

This is a very good place to rest.....:But if*...:1°-If they received you correctly!2°-If the rooms that were given to us in the 1st place were, without a smell of humidity and with a broken bathroom fixture.3°- and The Closets Were in Conditions to Store Clothes!4°-The place, It looked a little//a lot abandoned,....5°-When requesting a change of rooms, first of all, they wanted to apply higher costs to make an Up-Grade!;Since we explained to them,THAT THEY WERE "RESPONSIBLE" FOR THE *BAD CONDITIONS* AND BECAUSE THE PHOTOS AND RECOMMENDATIONS, "WERE NOT THOSE IN THE OFFICIAL PHOTOS AND PRESENTATIONS"!*NOTE*:WHILE IN THE POOL, A MR. APPEARED. CANADIAN, AND MRS.THAI...:*He started talking to us and telling us that before the resort was better and he had stayed there the year before!?"And after we told him about the adventures, about the change of rooms and what happened"!...":By "Casuality of Life"!:...:.The next day, *A number of workers and employees, of all types and functions, appeared*...,So too,...Not to mention the Bad and very poor Breakfast, offered, on the day of Our Departure!It is, and was a real shame, to see and not be able to fully enjoy it,and now we'll stay, a few more days!...;with,such a beautiful and wonderfully blessed place!, for its landscapes!!Anyway, thanks!We will know in the returns that they will try, by all means, to improve.!Hugs!

The rooms are satisfactory, not terrible, the atmosphere is quiet and not chaotic, the price is not too expensive, the good things are a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful view, cool weather.

The room was very musty. The smell hit the nose a lot. The water isn't warm at all. The pipe is clogged but it's quiet.The atmosphere outside is scary and haunting. But when I sleep, there's nothing but there aren't many employees. Please help improve it.

Come stay in a normal room, it's peaceful, no noise. Suitable for relaxation But the room and area are a little old. There is a fitness center but you can't play much. Like I didn't take care of you. And the big disadvantage is Was charged a stay fee for the night of December 30, 2023 even though it was booked directly on the hotel website. which cannot be canceled Because the room fee has been paid as usual. It's like being tied down and having to pay double the price of the reservation. which shouldn't happen So who comes to stay for a long holiday? You should check the price first.

Stayed here for four sleeps. The rooms were okay and the beds were really hard but once you got used to the creepy crawlys its fine. The pool is amazing.

It's so rotten, the bed is so hard, the water temperature is not warm, it's very old, the road is long, there is no elevator, and there is no place to check in, 😤😤👎👎👎

The mattress was very hard and I woke up with a sore back. The walkway lights are not good, the water flows slowly, there is a plug but it doesn't work. The water glasses in the room were dirty and stained. TV available in some rooms. The bathroom is scary. The curtains are dirty and stained. I was very bored when I came to stay. The food is not delicious. It's my own fault for not looking at the good reviews. It's only good that there's a pool and a view.
