The room has no windows, the air conditioner is loud and cannot be adjusted. The bathroom is very shabby. The water heater is broken. Overall, it's bad. If you recommend, go somewhere else. Don't be cheap. Good places may be a bit expensive. But it's definitely better than here.

The Air condition was spoilt or faulty and I had to sleep with heat. Instead of hotel saying sorry sincerely and providing service recovery, they did not. Instead, I was provided another room which was less comforting than the previous. …

Do not book. Photos are from (much nicer) adjacent hotel. Room is small, dirty and has bed bugs. There is mould on the walls and no promised window. When you ask to change rooms they offer to stay in the other hotel for obviously more money. No facilities like promised in advertisement. No refund when we left a day early or reimbursement for poor service.

Beware of scammers who offer rooms through Agoda that don't exist. When you get there longing for a shower you are put up in a hotel on the opposite side, rooms without windows, shabby furniture, defective air conditioning and non-working internet...

If booking a double room You will live in a different building. It's the building across the street. The room is very small, no windows, noisy air conditioning, no TV, old furniture. The bathroom is not clean, the equipment is damaged, the room is not very comfortable to sleep in. The entrance is narrow and smells musty. I'm tired from traveling and seeing something like this makes me feel bad. If you want to reserve, we recommend you to check carefully. If booking with Agoda, check the pictures carefully. The pictures look quite good.

The hotel and the marked points on the map It's a different spot. I've already been curryed once. If you want to stay at a place on the map, need to add money And the room that I got (Like many comments) The room has no windows, the air conditioner is loud and cannot be adjusted. The room has a musty smell. Overall, it's bad. If you recommend, go somewhere else. Don't be cheap. Good places may be a bit expensive. But it's definitely better than here.

Hallway room There is no soundproofing. The water heater doesn't work, the air conditioner is noisy, there are no windows in the room. The room next to it was very noisy. Coming from a tired trip, I found it flattened and felt very bad.

It's the same hotel as Krabi City View. The only downside is Krabi Heaven Hotel is on the opposite side of the road. The room is quite small compare to Room in Krabi City View. If you already made a booking through any booking website then you need to ask the owner to upgrade the room to the Krabi City View and top up another 100 baht. The location of the hotel is really strategic. Not far from Krabi Night Market & The Vogue Shopping Centre.

Its really bad service! The room we booked on the website is totally different from the reality. The room is really small, dirty, smelly and uncleaned! The receptionist is really rude!
