We were looking for a quiet place and found it here. Sometimes we were the only ones in the hotel, so we can only comment on that. The houses are built into the forest and fit in well. There were also leaves on the paths, what the heck. We mostly had the pool alone, except when a monitor lizard came by and cooled off.Breakfast was good, we could choose from the menu.Everyone was very friendly and tried to keep everything in good condition. If you're looking for night life, you've come to the wrong place.The cleanliness on the beach leaves a lot to be desired, but that is a basic problem of the whole 🏝️ and only affects the hotel marginally. Since there is hardly any public access to the beach, it is probably up to the hotel to spruce up its business card, even if a lot of it has washed up on the beach. But you won't find a trash can in public areas.But you have to put everything in relation to the price. And Thailand is far ahead with its beaches.

Hotel overrated on the number of starsVery uncomfortable bedVery aging roomLots of mosquitoes in the rooms because of holes in the walls, lack of certain seals between the windows.Industrial breakfast not exceptionalBeach bordering the hotel covered in plasticGround in the paths very very slippery every time it rains the hotel becomes an ice rink.No shuttle service from the hotel to return to the port, having to take a taxi on our own in the street.Some positive points:Very pleasant and caring staffVery large swimming pool, pleasant for swimming even if a few Monitor Lizards have taken up residence there.Pool bar with very good cocktails at reasonable prices

It is an ideal place to stay for a quiet, no-fuss break. With rooms next to a large pool (Probably the largest pool in Koh Lanta) by being able You can jump into the pool from the back balcony. As for the room Considered very deer compared to the room price. And most importantly, there is a large pool next to the beach as well.

We arrived with our suitcases and the boy who helps us with our suitcases stayed in his car waiting. After we loaded them, one of the suitcases fell and things broke since it was going quite fast. Apart from this everything is perfect. Breakfast could be better given the price.

A hotel in Ko Lanta very well located, right on a wonderful beach, the complex is very large and everything is beautifulFriendly and attentive staffGood outdoor areas such as two large swimming pools that are wonderfulThe rooms are the only downside (the furniture needs renovation)

Since I was there out of season, I didn't see any other tourists there. I stayed in the Diamond area. Not far from the sea, the pool and the restaurant.The facility is well maintained and is always kept in good condition by the employees. The restaurant was very good and the food is international.The room was very large and luxurious. Everything was very clean and very nicely decorated. The flowers that were laid out in the room as decoration were the icing on the cake.If you want to go shopping, you walk through some side streets. There you will find a 7/11, pharmacy and more. There is also a small shop right next to the entrance to the resort.All in all, I can only recommend this resort. Starting with the friendly manager and the employees, who are always available to help if you have any questions or concerns.I will come back.

Breakfast was also very well done.We enjoyed our time at chada so much we decided to stay an additional 3 days.The staff are so polite and looked after us very well.I cannot recommend chada enough.Huge thank you to felix and his team.When I am back I will definitely stay here again!

As others have mentioned, in terms of aesthetics and the food, everything was fine, I recommend this hotel because it had a good gym, but unfortunately in every place it turned out that nothing worked, all the equipment was broken :/ otherwise the trip was a success.

It was a vacation without booking accommodation. When I arrived, I asked the staff to look at the room. Lovely staff Take a walk to see the room. As soon as I see it, I stay without hesitation. The price is reasonable, the staff are smiling, nice, quiet, spacious, the pool is very big.

Very dated room...really needs a good renovation. The beds are uncomfortable...mattress really needs to be changed...the sheets are all wrinkled gray...The yellow and gray curtains...Lousy bathroom, no water flow...either cold or too hot...we can't fix it!The safe...from another time...you have to ask for the key at reception!.The room is dark....The swimming pool...closed at 6 p.m....and it is forbidden to put a deckchair on the beach...while the hotels next door can sunbathe on the beach!The breakfast is quite varied...but not of good quality...the fruit juices undrinkable...and the coffee...really bad.We really regret our choice of hotel...

Amazing hotel, especially for families. If your kids love swimming, get a gold room with direct pool access from your veranda.Great pool bar and slide for the kids, heaps of other families around.Buffet breakfast was fresh and of good quality, our kids loved it.Hotel is beachfront and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back.
