Nice spacious rooms with everything you need, there was even a small hairdryer :)If you're lucky, there's a good view too.Of the minuses - the wrong point on google maps, I had to walk up the hill and back in search of the reception. The area is dirty and the pool is not working, but I think this will be fixed by the season. Overall not bad, price/quality👌

Located in a non-tourist area, getting there is very difficult. We lived at the end of this endless staircase, but the smell was normal. I don’t envy those who live below, the smell is like a toilet 😁And here it’s just a jungle and a lot of crawling insects 🐛🪱

Had to change rooms as the steps were too much.No room service was told apparently I need to them when it needs doing that's when the reception is open.Well that's a new one to me. The room had coffee and tea but obviously not not a few days worth, no soap and bad towels they were pool towels been round a bit.

Pros: stunning view on the sea, no complains)Cons: Old hotel, even "new" rooms I can't called as new.Maybe I wasn't lucky, but my room was dirty, shower doesn't have shampoo or shower gel, air-condition was old and small for the big room, so it's barely can cool down the room during the day.And worse experience in the morning - no water in the bathroom, I supposed to check out at 11am, and even can't take a shower or brush my teeth. (After a complain, they allow me to use a shower in another room, that was on lower levels)

Very unimpressed with the hotel from the get go. The phone number on google and through Agoda doesn’t work so couldn’t contact the hotel. Lots of other hotels were collecting their guests baggage at the port on trolleys but as we didn’t get that and had to walk through the town in the heat for what would normally be a 15 min walk but with crowded streets and the heat it took 20/25 mins. The office location on Google Maps is wrong, took us climbing up a hill unnecessarily just to go back downand have to ask a local for directions.The reception was no where to be seen when we got there, and once she finally showed up we got very little information, just a vague gesture to where the restaurant and pool were.The walk to the room was up lots of steep steps, we were sweating by the time we got to the room only to find it was like a sauna as the air con was not on and took forever to cool the room down.We stay 2 nights but spent very little time in the hotel. Breakfast was average. When running the tap you had a small of sewage.We had requested and paid 200 baht for our 3 luggage bags to be taken to the pier in one of their trolleys for 10am as our ferry was leaving at 10.30. We left a bit earlier to walk around the town so was trusting they would be there to meet us on time. They were over 20 minutes late (for a 10 to 15 min walk to the pier) meaning we had a big panic about missing our boat. We couldn’t contact them (due to them not having correct phone number online), and they didn’t contact us even though we gave them our phone number that morning in case of a situation like this. I had to run towards the hotel and luckily saw him half way down and asked him to run to the port as our boat was leaving in 5 mins.Overall very unhappy with the stay. Definitely not worth the £40 per night and added so much stress as we were leaving. Find somewhere else more trustworthy and helpful!

booked 2 nights here before looking at the reviews and came in nervous. However was pleasantly surprised, not luxury, but for two or three nights double decent. aircon, big bed and alright shower. Out the way of the phi phi chaos also.

I have to say when we arrived we came with 2 huge suitcases, the suitcases 🧳 weighed 50 kilos together. Three hotel employees immediately took it and carried it up the stairs in the bright 35 degree sun. I'm really very grateful for how friendly the people are. They don't want tips either. That's when they get more. And about the hotel I'm really impressed with how clean it is here. I'm still here right now and I have to honestly say I would come back here again and again.The stairs that have been described here are easily manageable. Compared to the stairs where almost everyone runs to the view point, the stairs here are a laugh. At viewpoints 1 and 2 there are massive, extreme gradients. It's really beautiful. Great view of the sea and excellent service. Even the breakfast is good.Thank you for your kindness

The room was fine.The bathroom smelled like drains in the morning.The view from the balcony wasn't that nice: rubble and garbage.It was noisy.But breakfast was very good and the staff spoke English very well and was very helpful. You have to walk 5-10 minutes until you are in the center.But totally okay for the price.

Be aware!They stop the water supply because people use a lot of water.We are already 1 day without water. We cannot shower, we cannot flush the toilet.Fellow tourist don’t destroy your vacation in this place.Stay away

I leave 90 percent of the comments positive points or improve them out of good luck.But the disgusting one ran away from the reception not finding my room she made me wait and took other customers forced to insist in the end 1 hour of waiting.The room had a view of the trash cans and a half-debrie roof.The air conditioning outside makes a noise that's not possible, it's impossible to sleep and we have a view by opening the bedroom onto the kitchen which makes a noise that's not possible, it's still impossible to sleep, cats visit and meow all night long, luckily I love it animals.Oh yes, the swimming pool is 8 minutes further in the mountains but the view is nice.The bedding, the towels especially feel like the wet dog, sorry but it's the truth.Run away, run away and don't stop while running away.

I really liked the room - it was close, everything was new and clean, they cleaned it every day.Wonderful breakfasts - a huge selection of fruits (blueberries, mangoes, watermelon, etc., etc., everything is fresh and tasty.

DON'T BOOK! Reception is just terrible. Unexpected charges for booking (4% approx.) No towels in the room. Steep road to the room (no view). Dirty bedsheet - douvet with no clean linen.

Rooms are huge and very clean, new and with a balcony. AC, hot running water, kettle, locker, mini fridge and other items provided in the rooms. Excellent views from the rooms too.A BIG point to note is the rooms are located 7-8 mins from the reception and at a height so there are a lot of steep stairs to climb generally. Ask for lower tier rooms if you like.Their free breakfast is brilliant - scrambled and sunny side up eggs, veggie fried rice, croissants, Nutella, fruits, cereals, pancakes, juices and more. I was so surprised by their pancakes - they were one of the best I have ever had. Small and thick and extremely soft - inside is filled with banana, berries.Staff super helpful to take your bags to and from the pier to the hotel and the hotel to your room.
